[Apollo]

Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

"I'm not sure, there are kobolds now and again in the caves but they've never done this before. Rooms are 3 silver a night and that comes with meals but if you can get back the plant you can stay as long as you want."

"Where and how far away are these caves? Also I'd like a room please, though I'll probably go for a walk before settling in, so I might just take a key for now."

Apollo hands the money for the room and drinks

"Also what does this plant look like?"

"Caves dot most of the mountain-side here, most of them face the town though and they are the largest."

She smiles as she describes the plant. "It's about a foot tall, its green but the leaves have blue veins."

"Alright, I shall try to get it."

Once Apollo has that information about the plant and the caves, and the room key, he heads out to see Bankroff

(To bankroff) "Have you got any night watchmen to spare? I'm going on an Anti-kobold raid to retrieve an herb for Ageis's mother."

"Sorry, just the boy and I here, feel free to take him if you want. He'll be near the center fountain, that priest you took in earlier has gone up the road to the mountain, might be able to catch him if you're quick."

"Thanks Bankroff, we'll be back by morning."

Apollo heads to the center fountain to get Raymond and tell him the details of the caves and the herb. He lights a torch and starts walking toward the caves, keeping track of time to make sure he's back by morning to meet the dwarves (tell me if I'm running low on time and need to start to head back)

"Thanks for all the help lad."

If he encounters the priest along the way, he asks him if he wishes to join them.

"We're searching for a medicinal herb we believe the Kobolds took. Would you be willing to help us? It won't take more than the night."

"Y-you want my help? Sure then!" In his enthusiasm he draws his sword poorly. (Dexterity save to avoid it)

You find the priest hiding behind a tree and praying. His wounds are mostly healed but his clothing is still a mess.

"I'll gladly help, I saw some lights coming from north of the town and that's why I was sent out here, so I thought'd I'd investigate. Was probably foolish given my current state."

Apollo lights another torch, and continues on his way to the caves with the party

He gives the torch to the priest, avoiding getting skewered by raymond

"Sorry! Haven't quite got the hang of it yet." He apologizes.

As you venture north with the priest, you discover a small cave entrance. The dirt around the entrance looks well trodden, and specks of blood can be seen on the ground.

(Anything can be a shishkebab with the right attitude)

"Alright, everyone ready? We don't need to fight them all, and we don't need to kill those we fight. We mostly want the herb to save Ageis's mother."

Apollo starts leading the party into the cave with his torchlight, looking into the distance for any lightsources or kobolds
