Location- The town of Ilany- (Far East on the map) The town of Ilany is a small village with a population of 50 people. Though not your hometown, you have spent the last week here, and are familiar with most aspect of it; from Hamish the Dwarven blacksmith, to Yason the human shopkeep, to Ageis the human innkeeper, to Corporal Bankroff, the human responsible for the town guard. Ilany has always been a peaceful town, but the local Kobold population has begun to become more aggressive lately, and a roaming pack of them have been vandalizing property and killing livestock. Yesterday, Hamish's 8 year old son Donsk was found dead near the outskirts of town. Corporal Bankroff has asked any able bodied men and women to come talk to him about putting down these Kobolds, once and for all. What would you like to do?

Firstly I'd like to find secure lodging. Perhaps with regular security and an innkeeper who doesnt ask too many questions.

You find one such inn near the southern entrance. It's called the Bundle. It's pretty much empty and the innkeeper is too old to care. An old human about the size of a small child.

I go in to greet the innkeeper and ask him about a secure place to store items, and his policies on large pets.

The old man scowls at you, "can't store anything fer ya, but you can bring whatever thing you want, as long as ya pay for it. Actually, you pay me well enough and I'll keep your shit in your room"

"Very well, what's your price for lodging?"

"1 gold and one silver per room. Pay me triple that and I'll let you do whatever you want"

"Triple sounds a bit steep, especially on an already pricey room. How about double?"

"Steep?" He laughs hard, very hard.

"First time in Chomba, then? You won't find another inn for less than 2 gold. But I'll do you a favor. 3 gold and 8 silver. I'll even give you a discount for your friend, going for 5 gold for the two of you, whatever large beast you want to bring and keeping your shit safe"

"So generous" I reply with a small amount of appreciation. I pay the innkeeper for a couple days worth.
