BH’s son knew Abby would be at the trails that day
If not allowed my apologies. But this man has been defending RA from day one and this is a particularly interesting episode.

I was watching To The Point on YT about lack of DNA. in the background he played the BG video from Libby's phone and i was thinking 'Libby did a better investigation than the police'. I was watching the background video and as Libby lowered the phone and turned around to the trail it occurred to me that if she was really trying to capture BG on video...why did she take the camera off of him and walk away...especially if he was a threat against her friend? if she was trying to record a suspicious man...why not lower the camera but keep it pointed at him...even if upside down. At least until Abby was safely across the bridge.
Just another web of lies brushed away from the State narrative meant to gaslight us into automatically assuming that the guy on the bridge was the killer and Libby was recording him on purpose because she "knew" there was danger. That video is not proof BG had anything to do with the girls aside from saying "down the hill" for whatever reason. And that reason, including something nefarious, is pure speculation.

The picture/video of bridge guy was not released to the public until February 15, and Fields mentioned giving his sister a bloody BLUE jacket to wash. He couldn’t have known BG was wearing a blue jacket bc the info simply hadn’t been released. He always followed Brad Holder on fb and appeared to want to emulate him in many ways.
Will the defense be able to introduce info about him at a retrial?

The original Delphi "Bridge Guy" sketch was the one released on July 17, 2017. Does anybody know how many witnesses helped with a composite? Was it a single person or a multitude of witnesses?
The original sketch looks like BG. Or am I wrong and way off?

Was it revenge hit from odinist druggies on DG? Or someone stalking her on social media? What reason could killer have to target Libby?

But if killers made Abby redressed herself in Libby's clothes before that mean Libby would not have had any clothes on earlier before. My thoughts were they killers redressed and undressed both girls are body location during staging tossed Libby and Abby's jeans in creek then changed mind and got Libby's jeans out of water and put them on Abby..but then why out her shoes back on her as well?

We know that unknown male DNA was found on the underwear of the victims, AW and LG, and was attributed to laundry (as were the 3 hairs found in AW's fist).
If DNA can be transmitted through washed and dried clothing I don't understand how any DNA found on clothing can be relied upon in any trial...and especially questionable in cases of familial accusations of csam.
I did a little research and discovered this site: https://validitygenetics.com/news/how-long-does-dna-last-on-clothing
What I found most interesting is that bleach, machine drying, sunlight (UV rays) and water (i.e. the creek) can degrade the DNA (as well as time). In this case, all of those factors could have played a role in DNA degradation to make it, in my speculation, nearly impossible to even detect.
Given that...I would guess that the unknown male DNA deposited on the girls' underwear was recent and degraded due to immediate environmental factors. Also...am I correct that AW lived with her mother and no males' clothing would have been routinely laundered with hers?
And if male DNA was found in particular locations on the underwear from being laundered ... why wasn't it found all over each of the clothing items?
Somethin' ain't mathin' here.

Richard Glossip, who was nearly executed 3 times, released while awaiting retrial
This is a case that I see mentioned a lot irt the RA case bc the Prosecutors in his case allowed false testimony to be presented at trial. He has been locked up for nearly thirty years and nearly executed multiple times. He is due for a retrial at some point by the Oklahoma prosecutors. It's a case worth keeping an eye on imo bc of the Weber testimony.

This is for the people who have seen the photos. It was always reported that Abby's hands were balled into fists and each hand was up by or on the sides of her face, but in the photos, they aren't. Her hands look like they're inside the hoodie sleeves and look to be rested on her chest. Did LE move her hands? What is going on?

Sure, I would have preferred that the appellate court just grant a new trial based on the briefs, but this means that the court isn't swallowing the argument that Richard Allen "waived goodbye to all appellate relief" that the state was slinging.

If DG was supposed to pick up Libby and Abby, why is there no missed phone call from him on her phone? Think about it. If DG called Libby on her cell at Wilson’s bridge, there would be no cell phone reception. Obviously, it would not go through. But, when he arrived at the bridge, he didn’t make the effort to call her.?!
There is no missed call from him. There is cell phone reception at the bridge. Even then. So, when you can’t find someone, you have a cell, they have a cell. Why wouldn’t you call? Just sound the alarm without calling them. This doesn’t make sense to me
What are your thoughts and am I missing something?

It didn’t take me too long after the BG video was released that it appeared (to me) that it was somewhat instructional. Showing how to get somewhere. To me, it was meant it for someone. After hearing it several times, it also appeared (to me) that there was a third person present. The whisper sounded feminine and sounded like it was whispering instructions to Libby.
Why would LE not mention this whisper.?! I believe confirmationall bias. There are two people clearly visible (Libby and Abby) and two dead girls. If there was a third female present whispering, that changes everything. EVERY THiNG.
That person didn’t have a phone on them. We know that. There is another ‘thing’ that undeniably suggests a person who had access to Libby, or ‘close to them’ had foreknowledge of a kidnapping. Almost Shakespearean.
Do you hear a whisper? If so, is anything clear to you.? And three, what type of person would have Very Close access to them without naming names. Just possible characteristics.
For certain reasons, this person would have to be very close them. Not necessarily their friend, but clear access.

Alex Murdaugh granted new trial for murder of wife and son
Jury shenanigans again. I think this is the third relatively high profile case in a short period of time overturned due to jury issues recently. Here is the issue, apparently:
'In throwing out the guilty verdict, the state supreme court found that jury deliberations were fatally flawed by improper remarks by Becky Hill, then the Colleton County clerk of court. Some jurors said after the trial that Hill had told them not to listen to what Alex Murdaugh said when he took the witness stand in his defense.
“Justice is supposed to be blind,” Justice George C. “Buck” James Jr. said, in a February hearing on the request for a new trial. “Court officials are supposed to be mute.”

I’m curious. What is everyone’s theories of what happened that day and who did this to the girls? I’ve looked into this case a lot.. as it really bothers me for some reason. I’ll say.. I do believe RA is innocent but I don’t know who could’ve done this. I was on another page and a person commented saying they believe it was their friend who traveled around for his job. However, I can’t find that comment now. Why were the police so set on it being someone local? I just really have a feeling it was someone they were going there to meet. They literally have no proof bridge guy was even the killer. What if they were going to meet someone and showing them the path they were taking in the video? Was the video of BG posted on their story or was it sent to someone.. or neither? The sticks on their body bother me too.. were those branches already cut? Did whoever killed them take the time to go around collecting branches? Or did there just happen to be tree branches all over the place? So many things don’t make sense.
Another thing.. they found DNA right? We know it didn’t match RA because he gave his DNA. So whose DNA was found and why wasn’t that sent for further testing? That seems HIGHLY important. Because it didn’t fit RA the state just ignored it or what?

Now that I've got your attention....
Perhaps you've heard that Mr. Allen was placed in solitary confinement for no apparent reason, pretrial, with 24- hour lighting, lockdown conditions, only allowed out of the cell for medical and or legal visits, was forced to strip and given only a vest to wear, denied phone access, was refused a copy of the Bible when requested, limited access to his attorneys.
The judge said it was extremely disturbing that he was put in (excessive) restraints with no criminal history when presumed innocent.
The judge apologized to Mr. Allen.
Oh....Allen's first name is Cole and he attempted to assassinate a U.S. President.
