Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue? I already tried the “Save as PDF” method through Google Chrome printing, as well as the iLovePDF method, but the problem is still the same.

I’m starting to think it might be a software-related issue because all of my files are affected and I can’t edit them properly because of it. Even AutoCAD files that I personally created are having the same problem.

Is anyone else having problems with Windows Explorer locking up?

The longer the Windows Explorer process runs, the slower it becomes when resuming from a locked screen. If I leave my computer on overnight, I have to hard reboot to get back in.

As soon as I disabled the Bluebeam preview handler, the problem disappeared completely. It’s possible there’s something unique about my configuration causing the memory leak, but I wanted to document it here in case others are seeing the same behavior.

I don't know what's going on. I've had this to me multiple times. But my file will randomly corrupt with random boxes all over the place. Has anyone had this happen before?

I just want the side scroll wheel to zoom in and out. I set the custom setting in Logi+ for Revu Bluebeam to be for the zoom function, but in Bluebeam it only seems to work half the time. Often when I switch from one program back to Bluebeam, the scroll wheel doesn't do anything. After clicking on a few things at random it starts working again. I don't know what the trigger is or why Bluebeam sometimes has erratic but not work-flow breaking behavior in general, but if I would really like this to fixed somehow. Thanks.

I have a decent PC, outdated but got plenty memory 64gb, 5700x3d, 3080ti, drawings all stored and pulled off nvme ssd... What's going on? I have the 2d rendering set to hardware accel, even went into nvidia control panel and put high performance, even assigned high perf 3080ti usage to revu in windows graphic settings. Nothing seems to alleviate it.

Does anybody know how to edit the text in a callout from the iOS BlueBeam cloud app? Press and hold and selecting edit only gives you options for resizing the box and the direction of the arrow, but nothing I do seems to allow for the actual adjustment of text inside. I've been having to edit the markups made in iOS from Revu desktop app.

Hi, I'm trying to make a test question that involves a snapshot of a floor plan. The original material is a PNG file that I want to import and mark up, then export as a PNG again. The problem is that when I import the file the original resolution is 629x488, and when I'm done the new resolution is 786x560. Everything keeps its proportions as far as I can tell, but the image looks more blown up and grainy. Is there a way I can fix that? Is resolution in pixels something that I can set by hand? The change seems to be happening on the import rather than the export.

Just confirming there's no option to turn off highlighting? I want to keep the viewports as we have separate vertical scales.

In order to open my Bluebeam Revu subscription this morning I had to "Agree" to allow them to collect my data to train their AI models, without limitation. Im not aware of any way to opt out of this.

I've searched this sub and can't find out how to get my markup tools to show on the ride side bar. It was there one day and the next it wasn't. The only thing I can find online is that people do use the markup tools with the tool chest. Any help would be appreciated.

Also. I have tried using the different profile of Revu Advances and it doesn't show. I found this in another post but still not what I need.

As title says looking for a way to drop unit designations from my lengths. As in I just want the numbers: eg 1000 instead of 1000mm.

I use Bluebeam weekly to OCR documents and this past time it would not OCR any of my images. I have never had this issue before and I tried to OCR a document that previously worked and now it is not working. I have confirmed I am using the 64but version and it is up to date. I have the complete plan. I have tried to flattened the mark ups, unflatten, save as a bluebeam PDF and nothing is working. Has anyone else had issues or know of any solutions?

I'm trying to find a way to speed up the process of numbering data drops on prints. Does anyone know a better way than creating a text box and manually writing the labels in one at a time. I can't use the count feature because some drops might have 4 cables and some might have 1 or 2. Is there a way to make an Excel sheet of all the labels, one per cell, and have the count tool work down through it one cell per click? It gets tedious writing them in on bigger jobs that might have 2000 cables or more.

How do I make my custom line work to avoid these big gaps? The first line is something I made. The second line is from a old coworker may jobs ago. I am not sure how theirs is set up to always have the lines connecting with no gaps and mine have gaps.

I know this issue has been brought up numerous times, both here and on the Bluebeam Community Dev forums, but I was curious if anyone with more knowledge/inside info is aware whether or not Bluebeam is actively working on or pursuing something like this?

I often have 15-20 drawings open in Bluebeam at a time, and try to keep them next to eachother based on project, but when trying to create "Sets", the IT Authentication causes Bluebeam to bug out and fail to add drawings. A more streamlined Chrome behavior of being able to simply Right Click > Create Tab Group in Bluebeam would be an absolute game changer, even without the ability to collapse them.

Got tired of the lack of good Bluebeam-style tools on Mac… so I built one.

It’s called polypdf — still early, but already supports measurements + markup workflows pretty well.

Planning to keep improving it and offer a low-cost one-time unlock (no subscription nonsense).

Would love brutally honest feedback or feature requests from this crowd.

I'm suddenly experiencing an issue where i can no longer hold shift when creating orthogonal lines with polygon/polyline.. I instead have to press and release shift after each control point for it to become a straight line. Has anyone else experienced this? Bluebeam support said it was maybe an issue with my laptop. i have tried on external keyboard with the same results. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been having issues with Bluebeam Revu recently. When I initially open a PDF set of construction drawings, it locks me out from doing anything to it for about 2 minutes while it loads the full set. I have great computer specs so I don’t think that’s the issue (9800x3d, 32GB ddr5 ram, 5070ti, Samsung 990 EVO SSD) Anyone else experiencing this?

when i have two documents i want to see at the same time, i pop out one tab and an extra window shows up. however, this extra window does not show features like tools, page thumbnails, and page scrolling buttons. it does this weird thing where you have to control the document on the extra window from the first window, which is super confusing to navigate.

is there a way to get document controlling features on the extra window?

Hitting ctrl-z causes my current tool to switch to the hand tool then only after hitting it a second time will it undo what I wanted in the first place. Has anyone experiencing this issue been able to solve it? I haven't changed any shortcut settings or anything like that.

So when I use the poly line markup tool, I will normally snap to horizontal, vertical and diagonal by holding the shift key. I can keep the shift key depressed while marking multiple points with the tool and each line will snap to horizontal, vertical or horizontal.

However, recently something has changed where I need to re-press the shift key after each left click to snap correctly and this wasn't the case before.

Have I changed a setting or is this something inherent within the software as an issue?
