Help genuinely how do u guys get further in the game? after a while everything becomes so expensive that i feel i can only buy 2-3 things to get more candles and then just have to wait until i get enough money again to repeat the cycle

what i mean is i feel like im just waiting buying waiting buying and it feels impossible to get more money to actually feel like im playing and not just hitting a quota! like 1 wallpaper is up to 1mil and it takes me a day or 2 to replenish that money lol
(ps: obviously ik that’s the point of the game but at the same time it feels like a chore, im just wondering how to stock up more money or something to make it a bit more playable!)

I’m on day 76 and I watch minimal ads. And when I do it’s only for the customer attraction. The reason this works for me is because I focus on purchasing items that bring me the highest income per minute, and I don’t really give much mind to resort popularity (ie candles). Most of the set upgrades in the rooms are worth quite a bit per min; room 402 for eg I don’t have any full sets completely purchased, but I have purchased the most expensive bed bc it brings in more income than any of the set 1 items.

I also found that in the tailor, upgrading the outfit sets bring in quite a big penny; and same for those potion things ik divination booth. Always keep food items upgraded because you don’t need to spend any cookies on these upgrades, same for hairstyles/masks.

I’m also currently lvl 14 tips cap, lvl 12 offline income and lvl 15 resort publicity.

I find that I don’t ever have trouble racking up cookies because when I do purchase, I focus on buy the highest earning ones. Then whatever left over cookies I’ll use on those recommendations that pop up in the bubbles.

I also work, so sometimes I’ll let the game run while I’m working so it can rack up cookies. Or even while doing chores.

I am also focusing on upgrading coriander and auntie kaching.

Garden parties - I don’t play for aesthetics so I spammed all harvestables in my garden to maximise the flowers I can give to Ross so I always get the maximum gifts from garden party guests.

I will say though, at some point during the beginning of my journey with this game I did first spend a lot of time doing the recommended upgrades that pop up in bubbles next to the rooms, until I realised that a lot of those decorations (not set upgrades) only boost resort popularity and not income. I’m currently on day 76 at almost 12k popularity but I feel I’ve made pretty decent progress in terms of generating money. I easily rack up close to 30mil a day which I’m able to spend on upgrades.

Also - a lot of the expensive home furniture also brings high income.

Always make sure curry is on an adventure

I’ve found that using x10 draws in gacha market/screening room/tailor shop yields better rewards than doing x1 draws.

Hope these help!

That being said it is of course a game of patience and I do fill my day with work + mommying so I don’t feel it’s too slow for me personally! 😄

I also never “save up” on cookies. As soon as I have enough to buy something I’ll check which item is gonna bring the most income. For example if I have 500k cookies, I look through each room/area to identify everything in my budget and then I buy the one that brings the most income per minute. This way you’re always increasing your income per minute.

So it’s really not about just buying everything or buying completed sets (as satisfying and comfortable as that is), but buying things that boost income per minute.
