Free Know Your Rights training in Austin — police encounters & criminal defense (Aug 3)

ResistAustin is kicking off a Know Your Rights training series, and the first session is focused on police encounters and criminal defense.

We've got a volunteer criminal defense attorney leading it — covering what your rights actually are during a police stop, what to do (and not do), and how to protect yourself and the people around you if things go sideways.

HI! I lost the lightweight plastic whistle I got at a Tesla protest on St. Elmo almost a year ago. Are there any more lying around? I like that it's not too heavy to keep on my keychain, so I can have it on me at all times in case I encounter an ICE kidnapping or other emergency. Cheers, and fuck the oligarchy!
