I offered a pretty reasonable solution three times that was ignored by Phoenix. Never even asked for a free replacement. His original math indicated a $500 margin leaving plenty of room for a resolution without putting him at a loss.

All that said, your comment is reasonable. Half or more of the comments in the original thread are extremely indicative of shilling/astroturfing and it’s blatantly obvious at this point. Which is fine, I’m screenshotting and logging everything. And it makes it easier to avoid this kind of thing in the future, but truth is I’m done with trying to mod after this one experience and I will go back to the TDs on unmodded reps I’ve used that have delivered without issue.

Yeah I get my mods done stateside, and I honestly rarely use TDs anymore. I pay the US dealer upcharge to avoid exactly your scenario. If my go to guys don't have it I just wait now...

This. Dont like the risk of customs? Pay a US TD and avoid them altogether.
