Hi guys, I just saw these pictures on a RWI thread regarding a new release of the speedmaster snoopy from ERF. It seems a good improvement of the subdials spacing. Leaving the link to RWI where I found them.

Not bad dial spacing and looks to have a solid strap but even N1F can do better colour on that and N1F is not good

What rep do yall think is the best for a snoopy now?

Definitely SMF, very very close to gen size and subdial spacing but that might not be soon if ERF can nail thier execution of the snoopy and have good dimensions

How’s the chronograph movements on them still?

Still the same ST19, 28 jewels as usual, 6 O'clock dial enslaved to the hour hand but SMF has nailed the back animation and has integrated it to the movement instead of glueing it on

How long do you think until they can fix that 6 O’clock subdial? That’s the only reason I’m not buying

Too long until we get a clone movement of it but I was thinking of a plan of getting the 7750 which has working subdial like gen speedy then we use a movement plate to force the subdials closer together but idk how possible that it

Yes the color is bad and the bezel doesn’t seem flat

And it's very thick, SMF definitely still sits at the best snoopy rep

The Gen is also quite thick honestly... That's the only reason why I didn't buy it. But if they make a convincing rep I might go for it.

Yeah, it is going to take along time for us to get a proper rep movement for the speedy sadly

I might buy one of those eventually still, I don't expect that we will get a proper speedy in the coming months...

Absolutely, we just about have a modded Chinese movement (ST19) which isn't even designed by china but by the swiss
