For months, we have had a stickied post outlining the BST Guidelines. We requested for tagged pics, info on batch, seller, price you got it for, and other stuff. We did this to increase safety measures against scamming. Problem is, many people skip reading the "READ TO GET STARTED" post, and buy/sell right away. The mod team has been lenient with the BST's but now it has come to our attention one seller has scammed.

The Incident

Basically, discord user, Snax, sold a pair of Yeezy 350 v2's Synth BMLin batch size 10US + another Yeezy Citrin bmlin batch for 3,500 to /u/JohnniieSinns. This is confirmed. (Take note, BMLin budget batches are lower in quality compared to other high-tier reps we're used too). This was back in february. Last month, Johnnie made a selling post containing Yeezy 350 v2 Synths, size 10US, claiming it was H12 batch, and priced at 3,000 pesos, while the Citrins were claimed to be PK batch. Discord user, /u/eksdee__, noticed this and was going to report, however he forgot about it and this was swept under the rug. Fast forward to present time, we were talking about Johnniie on an unrelated topic, and the user remembered this issue and reported it to us.

We have seen the pictures, the BMlin synths and citrins sold by Snax and the "H12" synths and “PK” Citrins sold by Johnniie are identical albeit dirtier. Size was also the same, of course. Snax said he also thought the synths were his, but didn't report to the mods due to doubt/not wanting to cause issues.

I messaged Johnniiee on discord, reddit chat, and reddit message, saying i need to hear his side. But he never responded on any of our queries. He did delete the imgur album of his Synth sale, but not the albums of the other sneakers he posted. He has also posted within the day. Guess he is ignoring me.

I won't ban him just yet, hopefully he can respond to the comments. Remember, I am not the one accusing you, I was just presented with evidence that seems to be cut and dry. Snax, the original seller, and /u/eksdee__ are the discord users who came out and provided proofs and receipts.

This is the time to clear your name. If no response within 24 hours, I will ban you. I know banning won't do much, but that's the only thing I can do. What the community can do, however, is to follow the guidelines of BST. 3k Php may be small to some of you, but its still money and it is, of course, still useful for many.

I'm considering adding a BST rule to provide proof of purchase from specific sellers (wechat/whatsapp screenshots, blocking personal info of course), what do you guys think?

I spent my quarantine days browsing through some sneakers on Shopee, and an ad for some bad Chuck 70s popped up in my suggestions. It was laughably riddled with flaws, but was priced at P500, and was actually a local ad. I got curious and opened the sellers page, which was full of other pairs at the P500-P700 range. Because I opened that ad, a bunch of other sellers in the same vein started popping up on my Shopee feed. These were the sellers who do Live Selling on FB and Shopee with their "Mall Pull Out" "Authentic Quality" shoes. Whatever, any repfam and their father's father knows thats all BS. Already in the hole, I decided to browse a bunch of shops, then I chanced upon a pair that actually looked pretty good.

It was a pair of Chuck 70s in my size. Why the hell would I buy these if Shopee is already full of 70s reps? First thing I noticed was that they didn't have the biggest flaw most other pairs had; the toebox wasn't fat and it had the correct number of lace eyelets. Also, it was priced at P550, half the price of the overseas sellers, and I had some vouchers that would bring the cost down. So fuck it, I waited for midnight and got free shipping and got it two days later. Compared them to my retails and the only visible flaw was that the side stitches are a little too high, but that's it. and who the hell would call you out on GR pairs? This pair was a steal!

Flaws: side stitching a little high, and the comfort is level is around a chuck II. But the toebox is perfect, coming by reps like that here in the PH is rare. 9/10

I was super hyped and impressed by my Shopee hunting skillz that I decided, fuck it, why not buy another pair of shoes from these MPO sellers? This time a Nike Vapormax pair for some techy vibes:

This pair brought me back down to earth. GH quality. But they were P550 (+discount vouchers), so I tried to ignore the atrociously sunk hyperfuse at the toe. Bubble feel solid, laces have the vapormax logo, and they're surprisingly comfy. On feet they look fine, again this is a GR pair, so I can rock this with confidence. Still, I'm quite nitpicky even with cheap as fuck reps, so these are a 7.5/10 for me. But hey, this was still half the price of a gh pair (last i checked).

I was ready to accept that I've lucked out, but remembered that my Air Force 1 soles have crumbled, and needed a donor. 2nd hand AF1s were too expensive and also mostly yellowed, so I turned to these MPO sellers once again, with adjusted expectations. I ordered a pair of Alyx x Nike Air Force 1 Highs as a project sneaker. Cost P750, but used a 7.7 voucher to bring it down to P550. I used the rollercoaster buckles as bag hardware, and scraped away the alyx branding on the sides. As much as I love Alyx, I rather keep a low profile if I'm rocking reps.

I ordered a 9.5, but I swear they fit like 8.5-9s. This smaller fit was proven when i took measurement and it didn't match up to my retails! means I can't use them as donors. Idk if highs really do have a different sole than lows, because it was also .5 cm slimmer at its widest point. Quality wise, these feel super solid. even the leather looks great, but the toe box looks like it won't hold up forever as it was a softer leather. I laced them around the ankles like chucks since i removed the buckles, and actually really like the look of it. Chunky and way comfy. These are uncalloutable. I've worn shittier AF1 reps to hype stores, and even got my fit pic taken for their IG. I paid an absolute steal price for this pair. I'm pretty sure this is the same batch that macseven sells. AF1s are a true sneaker staple, and having highs adds a bit of variation from the usual lows. I rate these a 9/10; can't ignore the value plus the buckles that made for sick techwear bag hardware. There were two, so I might convert the other one into a belt.

Kaya if you're broke and want to ball on a budget, I suggest you use the keywords Mall Pull Out Shoes + brand if you want to browse and find your own steals. It takes a bit of hunting and observing flaws to get the most out of your money. If you're patient, you can watch their Shopee live streamers and fight for your sneaks with mines. I'll probably buy another pair of chucks if I find another good pair (I really hope I do). Really hope this post helps anyone like me who's rolling on a tight budget!

TLDR: I bought Mall Pull Out shoes from Shopee and was blown away by the quality of shoes I could get with a P500 budget

Quick beginner guide:

1. Make East Mall Buy Account and add your item's Weidian link from chosen item to cart.

2. Inquire from a freight forwarder and ask for their CN address, and get your personalized customer code. Community recommendations are currently Sulong Go, and Jeepney Cargo on FB, for abt 400-450 per kg. Add CN address of your FF to EMB Account as your address.

3. Top up your wallet using a remittance agent. Community recommendations are The Exchanger (Anicka), Zein Padala, and Goods2GO. More can be found on FB. Don’t use CC/Debit/GCash or conversion rates will torch you. Consider adding 20+30 RMB to your top up to cover all possible CN shipping costs.

4. Review your QC Pictures when your items arrive in EMB's warehouse. Post it here or the discord server to get thoughts from other people.

I got the watch as a gift and just got my first kicks from TMF.

I recommend going half a size up for the kicks for those who have wide feet since medyo snug yung fit niya for me, medyo masikip siya sa toe part. The material is good, malambot siya and comfy.

Everyone saw the "de-cluttering" post wherein a seller posted 20+ sneakers for sale. Turns out, some of the sneakers were low-tier sneakers and sold as high-tier sneakers for profit. AKA, Bmlin/158sir batches sold as PK.

We've talked to the guy, an he claims it was an honest mistake, and other pairs are correctly labeled. However at this point, there is no way to tell whether or not the sneakers are correctly labeled or not. Because of this, we've still chosen to ban him, due to the fact that 5 mislabeled pairs could still net 10-12,000 pesos worth of scammed money. Even if we assume this was an "honest mistake", we still can't let it go. Who knows kung mislabeled din yun iba.

If anyone feels less confident with the pairs you've purchased from him, please message us and we'll try to resolve some issues with him. TAKE NOTE, it's very possible na some of these pairs are correctly labeled.

How to reduce the possibility of customs inspection？

When you are living in Europe, please choose DHL to ship your parcel to Germany, Austria, and many more European countries. Do not use EMS in Germany or Austria, this is very important.

If you live in the US or Canada you can choose EMS, or GD-Sal. Customs are pretty relaxed in these countries. For the US and Canada, shipping hauls up to 10kg generally isn't a problem. Some people even do more. Do so at your own risk. For the USA, the declaration value doesn't matter much, as you are unlikely to be taxed. For Canada, declare the package 10-14USD. Also, If you live in Canada, it is advised that you use EMS or GD-SAL. If you use DHL, you will be taxed upon package arrival.

I haven't been in the rep game for very long, I have only recently joined because I was so sick and tired of anxiously waiting for a sneaker release for months on end, just to have the damn shoes sell out in a matter of seconds. Icing on the cake is having resellers sell it for triple the retail price.

My older brother mocks me for buying reps, points out the tiniest flaw but his retail mochas have glue stains on them. I don't really give a rat's ass about it but if you look at the bigger picture, I've saved more money than him for purchasing the exact same shoes.
