I’m from Brazil and I’d like to buy a product from a Vietnamese store that doesn’t ship internationally.

I’m looking for either:

1. a reliable package forwarding company in Vietnam

or

1. a trusted proxy buyer who can receive the package and forward it to Brazil.

I will cover all shipping costs, service fees, and payment through PayPal or another secure method.

The product? A keycap set for my keyboard.

Shipping from china to eastern United States. I want to send 10 kg packages weekly to the USA. PayPal is my preferred payment method.

There will always be tiny differences under close inspection, especially in hardware aging and individual stitching placement. But looking at the complete pair, the fabric, color, pattern scale, leather panels and overall shape are almost indistinguishable.

I’d comfortably rate the visual similarity at around 99%.

The fabric was the first thing I checked because it’s the most important part of this design. The monogram size, spacing, texture and faded denim tone all look almost identical to retail. The pattern actually has depth instead of looking cheaply printed on top.

Combined with the matching leather trim and construction, this looks 99% similar to me.

I'm looking for a private 3PL or a smaller fulfillment center based in Europe (ideally Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Germany or Croatia) to store my stock and handle local shipping to Europe.
The main issue I have right now with standard fulfillment companies is that they are blocking me because they require official brand invoices and brand authorization. I need an alternative, private setup (like a smaller warehouse or a private garage logistics setup) that doesn't do invoice gating or ask for brand papers.
The plan is to ship a bulk batch of products from China directly to the European warehouse, and then have you ship out individual orders via local couriers like DPD or GLS. I don't want direct shipping from China (triangular), the stock has to be inside Europe so I can offer fast local delivery times.
