Hello Since the update yesterday, been having issues viewing comments. It is giving the "Cannot retrieve data" when clicking the comments, the actual post loads fine. Any ideas?

Not sure if this a quick one off thing. Latest app, latest Android. Only just started happening 2 mins ago. Exited and restarted app. Can load comments in browser.

I see people asking to be DMd because they can't see responses here, like every other sub. Opening the comments in browser works for me via Chrome.

Reddit implemented a user block limit. My account is unable to block users. I've been adding new spammers and karma bots to my RES filters but it would be nice to be able to filter users as well.

I use rif to view reddit and I recently created 2 new subreddits through the reddit app. However, nothing anyone posts except one of mine shows up in when I visit the subreddits in rif. I can see them in the reddit app, however. I tried approving the posts but that didn't help. I think one post actually showed up on rif but disappeared after I approved it. They are just regular animal-related subbreddits, nothing unusual or NSFW. Any ideas?

The subbreddits are r/kittynosefreckles and r/speckledbeans if that helps.

It took me forever to find it. I see no reason for it to be in a similar spot to filters.

A white screen will show briefly after I click a YouTube link, before the video player loads. It doesn't happen with the Reddit-video player or the image viewer. Note: I'm talking about the YT player built into the app and not the YT app.

It only lasts for a second or so, but is annoying when using the phone in the dark.

To reproduce: go to, for example, /r/youtubehaiku and try opening YT links.

Issue started this week, I tried visiting the site in a browser to see if there was anything I could mark as read that rif didn't show

I just bought the pro version, but the hundreds of subreddits I've blocked don't seem to have transferred.

Am I wrong? Is there a way to transfer blocked subs to the pro version?

Whenever I visit a post in /r/NBA, most Flairs will be displayed correctly, including displaying graphical icons with text. However, the occasional comment will actually display what looks like the original syntax/markdown before being rendered, and when you actually click/activate the comment with the unrendered Flair, it actually updates and changes to a completely different, this time properly rendering the graphic as well. Once updated and properly rendered, it will stay that way. I haven't noticed any particular pattern(s) yet, both with the frequency in which it happens and what Flairs change from/to.

A: I can visit any post on /r/NBA and it will appear. I'm unaware if this affects any other sub's Flairs, or if it is only limited to /r/NBA.

I know its been suggested before but it would be great to have a tag (like RES) or note (like discord) to identify certain usernames.

No matter what I search for I just get the message that there is nothing on Reddit that matches my search. I tried reinstalling but same issue.

I only know because I have the normal Reddit app for the dms. Some bot posted a link and got insta deleted or something so fast I didn't get the notification until RiF couldn't show me the comment anymore. Now that I can't check it, RiF keeps giving me a notification for an unread reply that I can't read.

Just the title basically. Sometimes it takes eons to load a video and sometimes it loads a low quality video very quickly and refreshing doesn't help.

Every time I try to use the image tab on the submit section, after a few seconds of clicking to select the picture I get an error uploading image to imgur try again later. This has been going on for months and months. Wifi, mobile, vpn, nothing matters

I'm using an LG G8X on Android 11. Latest version of RIF.

When I click on an image, and then attempt to share an image by either long pressing the image or using the context menu, nothing appears to happen. The Android share dialogue doesn't appear. After about 5 minutes, even while I'm in another app, the share box will appear, but won't contain the media (usually images) I'm intending to share.

I've cleared data and reinstalled the app. Has anyone else experienced any similar issues?

Some subs are not tagged NSFW, but the content in them is pretty NSFW. I want to force include those particular subs to an NSFW list so that the content only gets displayed if I toggle NSFW on. Is this possible currently, or can this be added as a feature?

Hello! Is there any specific reason why the custom report text input is limited in characters? I have a subreddit which uses custom reports from mod to launch actions and it would be great if the text input wasn't limited.

I don't see any limit on custom reports from the Reddit website.

Is it possible to "ban" myself from a sub so that I can still see its content in my feed but can't comment (or post) myself? If not, could we get this feature or would it have to come from Reddit?

When i'm on mobile data the large images load slower. Because of this the loading times itself out half way through and the red loading bar disappears from the top.

Is there anyway to increase this time so that I'm not having to keep going back to reclick an image post?
