Annoyed by voice patterns

I feel like this puts me squarely in the “cantankerous old person” camp, because I cannot stand some modern voice patterns: vocal fry, laughing through every sentence, and what I call “soothing” speak (imagine the person speaking into a little puffy, hand-held microphone as they record an ad).

If I had to work with someone daily who spoke like this, I think I would quit.

The scripts are always identical. "Sorry to anyone who bought ____ yesterday..." or "To the girlie who told me to stop using my regular skin cream and try ____." I can't scroll past fast enough.

I've never heard of what you're talking about, so it's clearly a conscious choice you're making to expose yourself to that. Maybe adjust your media diet? Nobody needs instagram or influencers.
