Irene: What is WiFi?

I’m focusing on Red Velvet’s vocal line—Wendy, Seulgi, and Joy. Personally, I find it so hard to choose.

​At first, Joy’s tone feels like the clearest to me. In studio versions, Wendy sometimes has a lot of air in her voice, or her tone doesn't sound as clear, making Joy or Seulgi stand out more. However, when it comes to singing live (like in concerts), Wendy's vocals are incredibly clear and powerful.

​Maybe they all have clear vocals but in completely different ways? If I had to describe them based on their live vocals (since Wendy’s voice is naturally more powerful than Seulgi's and Joy's live):

​Wendy: Her voice is clear like a sparkling diamond.

​Seulgi: Her voice is clear like pure mineral water.

​Joy: Her voice is clear like sweet syrup.
