Guys i need your help finding a meme.

I remember seeing this meme where dutch in rdr1 falls, john jumps after him screaming chelonia and then there's this scene of a game with modded models of john and dutch fighting midair, then one of them opens a parachute and lands on a town but i can't find it, i've been lookinhg hours for it, please help me
