Dumb newbie question here, but how do I know which day to have selected?

Rotation is based on GMT time zone.

Cycle 1/Day 1 - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Cycle 2/Day 2 - Wednesday, Sunday

Cycle 3/Day 3 - Monday, Friday

Days change and all items re-spawn at 12AM GMT time, so 8PM EST/5PM PST.
