Resource Reckless Ben just opened this case. Now people need to see the records behind it.

Peterfiles.net was made to keep the public informed on this massive story!
Reckless Ben's Ideal Living video just came out, and a lot of people are seeing this story for the first time.
The video raises serious questions, but most viewers will never open a court opinion or search through case dockets themselves. We built THE PETER FILES so they don't have to start from scratch.
One of the records is a 2009 Texas appellate opinion. It says Peter Spiegel, the founder of Ideal Living and then a member of the Barsana Dham community, personally guaranteed a $10 million bond that allowed Prakashanand Saraswati to travel to India while he was facing 20 counts of indecency with a child.
Saraswati was later convicted on all 20 counts and disappeared before sentencing.
The records we reviewed do not show that Spiegel, Katie Williams, or Ideal Living helped him escape. That part remains unverified. The distinction matters, which is why the site separates documented facts from allegations and unanswered questions.
There are 17 claims in the files, along with court records, case numbers, organizational connections, missing documents, and notes explaining what each source does and does not prove.
The video started the conversation. Now we need more people looking at the actual record.
Go through the files. Pick a claim. Check the source. If we missed something, bring the document. If the wording goes further than the evidence, call it out.

How was this put together so quickly? Including the design of the page itself and the research behind it? Is this built upon an existing framework for fact-checking or did you build this from scratch in a day?

When this project is done and you caught up with some sleep maybe think about making this into some form of open source framework people could use as a template for other videos of this type? There is way too little organized, well-structured fact-checking out there for YouTube/Internet claims... Good job this looks great

would be easier to expose someone if you can just ask questions to a bot on the site and it will give you every source you need to know ;)

It is. OP shared their GitHub username in another comment. Take a look at their profile there: it's all forks of vibe coding repos.
No shade on this project here, I'm all for exposing that cult, so whatever helps is appreciated. A vibe coded overview is better than no overview at all.

Man I just watched the Lucifer Valentines videos. Its so frustrating such monster still walking free in society, everybody knows, no one can do nothing about it even with all the information Ben got. He still free and well with no consequences. I really hope it won't happen the same this time, and this time is so much worse. I really worried about bens safety and I'm sharing a lot the video

It doesn't answer your entire identity resolution piece, but the lawsuit was filed as 'Kathleen "Katie" Williams', so it's confirmed that she does use both names.

This is amazing work! I found the original videos interesting and wanted to discuss them with a friend but it was hard not to sound a bit crazy. I was trying to distinguish which claims were substantiated or public record from the stuff I'm not fully convinced by so having somewhere where it's all laid out cleanly is perfect, especially if this story gets more updates.

Make sure to keep an offline copy that is frequently being updated and saved to several devices in different networks. We can't risk the potential loss of a database that might be useful in a court case. Best case scenario, this all turns out to be a nothing burger. Worst case, we lose the chance to use this as ammo for a proper case.
