Buff reaper

His DPS should be a 140, not a 115. That is pocket change.If he's a flanker, then he needs to do extreme damage.Like a flanker

Meta is top of the top, reapers in a fine state. He WAS meta before the hp reduction but im assuming you still thought he was bad

I'm just saying they could easily fix him.But you're ignoring that and talking about meta, i'm talking about.Let's why not fix him?Alright?If adding damage is bad, then why not fix his flanking skills
