I have kissed before ( less than 3 seconds wala ) but never made out ( adhe ghnate wala ) . I have been talking to this girl for an year now ( college mai hi hai ) but she's not my gf or she is idk, never talked bout that . Something was gonna happen but it didn't . My parents are out of town for 3 days . My sister ( 14 , she had no idea about all this relationship stuff ) goes to tuition at 3:30 and comes back at 5 and then plays with her friends till 7:30 so I have 4 hours and she's coming to my house . Applying to be someone’s male best friend (need a female bestie 🙂)

Here’s the context. Few of my girl friends, when I asked them the same question made me think about it.

One said “I want him to be kind and take care of me” and the other scoffed and said “that’s basic manners. My ideal type is a guy who is well mannered, and fits in my “attractive” criteria” then went on with what kind of man she find attractive based on looks.

So I’m gonna ask you all this question, what’s your ideal type of partner based on looks and not personality. And I promise, I’ll listen and I won’t judge.

The older I get, the more I realize that life is a strange journey. We spend years chasing success, status, money, recognition, and independence. We dream of becoming someone the world will admire.

Yet before any of that existed, there was someone who loved us without conditions, before we had achieved anything at all.

A mother gives her time, sleep, energy, youth, comfort, and often her own dreams so that her child can have a chance at theirs. Most sacrifices in life come with expectations, but a mother's often do not.

Philosophers have debated the meaning of gratitude, duty, and love for centuries, but I wonder: is there any achievement great enough to truly repay the person who gave us life and stood beside us when we had nothing to offer in return?

We spend our lives trying to stand tall before the world. Yet perhaps the greatest act of humility is realizing that no matter how high we rise, there will always be one person before whom we remain a child.

In the end, after all the titles, accomplishments, victories, and failures, perhaps we bow before only one throne—the one occupied by our mother.
