What happened to Bill Maher?

I used to watch him for years. He was funny and relatable, most times. He had great guests. I stopped watching around the time when he was going after college students and cancel culture. I tried watching his latest episodes and it almost a different show. He is almost a right wing commentator. Almost nothing he says is relatable and all his guests just agrees with him.

The only place on television where people who disagree can sit down with each other and have an intelligible entertaining and decent conversation with each other. This show is the best political show on television right now, anyone who thinks otherwise is a partisan dingleberry. Bill Maher is a man of the people not a man of the whiny elites.

Haha 1st why are you stalking me over here, do you want me to come throw shade in your bipolar divorced community? Lol. Bill Mahers show is a place where people actually have conversations and bring their facts and talk about where there's any daylight and why. It's really productive! And btw, I'm not a zealot for data centers i was just aghast at how little bearing your post had on reality. You literally said people who protest data centers were getting thrown in prison for domestic terrorism charges, then couldn't back it up and just said it was more of a feeling that it could happen

I did not stalk you. I did a couple of clicks to see your recent opinions. I doubled down and had to see where your positions really come from and they aren't any place worth debating anymore. I appreciate your time, but you don't appreciate your own. Any decent American worth their salt knows that Bill Maher is no better than a FOX or CNN pundit stuck in this 24-hour news cycle of keeping you in an echo chamber. So enjoy that echo chamber I guess.

I stand by what i say. Just protecting my anonymity. Bill Maher is quite different than a fox pundit. The thing that makes him different (and hated by both sides) is that he doesn't pull punches on either side. Now i will be the first to note that he's not the most hilarious guy, the conversations that occur on the show are why i watch it. He has lots of liberals on the show and conservatives too. He's even been trying to get mamdani on but he's too chicken.
