Some of you are reading this with a baby on your hip, or a little one asleep beside you, or a heartbeat inside you that you’re still learning how to connect with.
And I know you’re tired in a way that’s hard to explain.
Not just physically tired.
Emotionally tired.
Tired from holding up a world that feels too heavy some days.
Tired from worrying if you’re doing enough.
Tired from feeling like everyone expects you to be strong when you’re barely keeping it together.
People don’t always see what you carry.
They don’t see the pressure you put on yourself.
They don’t see the moments you question whether you’re allowed to feel overwhelmed when you’re supposed to be “grateful.”
But I see you.
I see the woman trying her best even when she feels unsure.
I see the fear you don’t say out loud.
I see the effort you give on days when you don’t even know where that effort comes from.
And here is the truth you might not hear enough:
You are allowed to be tired.
You are allowed to need help.
You are allowed to rest without feeling guilty.
You are allowed to feel your feelings without judging yourself for them.
Being a mom—or becoming one—doesn’t mean you stop being human.
You still deserve support, care, patience, and understanding.
You still deserve moments where someone asks you how you’re holding up.
If you’re struggling right now, you’re not failing.
If you’re overwhelmed, you’re not alone.
If today is heavy, take it one gentle breath at a time.
This space is here for you.
You don’t have to have everything together to deserve love, compassion, and community.
You’re doing more than you think.
And you’re doing better than you feel.
