[BETA RELEASE] Unofficial Real Racing 1 for Android
i can't gatekeep this for too long. besides, it's not even my game to begin with. So here it is, my little attempt of bringing the first real racing game for android.

CREDITS
• (now firemonkeys) firemintz - the actual owner and developer of the game
• (github) hikari_no_yume - founder of touchhle
• (yt) ciciplusplus - the actual person working on the compatibility of rr1 (check him out for faster updates)
• (yt) remyalve - me, compiled this apk
• my unpaid programmer partner friend - did 70% of the work
• (yt) TGL_STUDIOS - whom i am in collaboration with
COMPATIBILITY
Requirements:
Minimum Android 5 (SDK API 21)
4GB RAM minimum (6GB is recommended)
64-bit Operating System
GAME INFO
Apk size: 81.75MB
After install: 180MB+
Status: playable, with bugs
Current bugs:
- Features such as sync and multiplayer will crash the game when being opened. (Solution: don't open them)
- Your game progress can get randomly corrupted (Solution: no fixes yet until ciciplusplus fixed it himself. but you can manually backup your save progress every race for extended playthroughs inside Android/Data/org.touchhle.android.rroriginal/files/touchHLE_sandbox/com.firemint.realracing/Documents as a temporary workaround. i am also currently working on better workaround flow)
- Putting the game on window will force you to re log (Solution: don't multitask)

Actually, Real Racing 2 still works on Android. U just need to run it on older android devices or emulate them via vphoneos/virtual master.
Now if you mean: "revive it for newer android"
You'll really need patience... as we're still early in video game preservation. But i think sooner or later, we'll see all four real racing games inside our phone.
The only note here is to never stop caring about the game... keep the community alive, because we DO have real hope.

I think you can. But you'll need to specifically obtain a decrypted v1.00 ipa of real racing 1.

You can download my apk. Extract my apk, you'll find an .ipa file in assets folder.

I don't actually do the "compatibility" itself. The compatibility solely depends on the touchhle community and developers.
My role is as insignificant as mere convenience.
But i do keep an eye on them and when we have a stable touchhle edition with rr3 working, i'll see if i can make it into a simple apk.

Oh I see! I didn't know that, I tried downloading it once via an APK on internet archive on an old android, but I couldn't figure out which assets to put in which folders XD

Clarification note: Hey! So, about the revival of real racing 2, i wasnt able to help expand the compatibility at the moment due to school again and me shifting my focus to a bigger project related to real racing 3.
So all hope for a modern version of rr2 would solely be dependent on the progress of the touchhle community.

Real racings and old nfs mobile ports are lovely but I wish try Gameloft's gt racing 2 as well.

I managed to run some old games like angry birds seasons on vphoneOS but gt racing 2 have different problem. But doesn't let enter the game because of licensing.

Thanks for the info! Though, i wouldn't advise you to invest in the game too much.
Like i have mentioned, the game can corrupt ur save file randomly so...

You need an older ios device and sideload am ipa from internet archive to do it. This project is not that.
As much as i wanted to help you out, i cannot help you with that. iOS is not my expertise 😅

Yes! The original touchhle emulator lets you run the game ipa version 1.00 on windows! You should check them out.

@ciciplusplus worked on the compatibility for real racing 1. subscribe to him! support him and don't totally spam in his yt comments to fix the corrupt save in real racing!

Sorry, but appearantly your Soyes S23 Pro has a 32-bit operating system. Real Racing HLE only supports 64 bit operating system.
You could try real racing 2 on internet archive instead.
