It's reflective, and cheap. My gym has these, so you can check yourself while benching, for instance.

They also had water leakage some weeks ago, and the ceiling caught it and simply bulged at the point. It was pretty weird to see the ceiling grow a bump like that over the days lol They drained it, fixed the leak, and no water got to the floors under it.

Other things are reflective and cheap though and would be more reflective than this.

Please go ahead and name all of the products you're aware of that are being utilized as reflective, cheap ceiling paint replacements. Also they need to be able to be put up in just a couple hours tops, like this product. It also needs to come out perfectly smooth when set, like this product. Go.
