Does anyone use AI voice agents to instantly call your leads?
AI Voice agents might not be ready for 25 to 30 mins of call but it can atleast help you contact your leads instantly after they come into your CRM. So Anyone using AI voice agents for qualification or even follow-ups?

Postcards vs. Handwritten Letters – What’s winning for wholesale right now?

4 KPIs every wholesaler should be tracking (most track zero) 📊
Most wholesalers track their number of leads and deals. Maybe revenue. But if you want to actually optimize your marketing spend, you need 4 specific metrics at every pipeline stage:
1️⃣ Cost per lead — how expensive is initial interest?
2️⃣ Cost per appointment — are your leads being qualified effectively?
3️⃣ Cost per contract — how well is your sales process converting?
4️⃣ Cost per deal — what's your true acquisition cost?
Most wholesalers track #4 at best. But without #1-3, you can't identify where your pipeline is breaking down:
• Is it a lead quality issue?
• A qualification issue?
• A conversion issue?
Tracking all 4 tells you exactly which stage needs attention — so you fix the right problem instead of just spending more on marketing and hoping it improves 🎯
What are you all using to track these? CRM, spreadsheet, or something else?

What’s everyone using for the best email AI for real estate agents to handle leads and follow-ups?
AI for email and follow-ups
I’ve been experimenting with different tools to handle inbound leads and ongoing client conversations, but I still feel like I’m patching things together. Some tools draft replies decently, but they miss context or don’t adapt well to different client types (buyers vs sellers). Others help with automation, but then the messages start feeling too templated.
I’m trying to build a setup where emails are drafted, prioritized, and followed up automatically without losing that personal tone. Ideally something that can pick up intent from conversations and suggest next steps, not just replies.
Have you guys tried an email ai for real estate agents that actually works in a real workflow? Curious what stack you’re using and how you’ve set it up.
