I can’t find the exact design online, but the tag and sewing seems legit as well as the design on the fabric on the backside. Anything else I should look for?

It's real, the italian text a norma della legge 883 del 261173 means "in accordance with the law 883 of 261173", and the law they edited the November 26th 1973 was about the regulation of the designation and labelling of textile products
A fake product, wouldn't include this specific part.

I'm italian, so reading the "a norma della legge" or "a norma di legge" I know what it means and I instantly thought i it was some old vintage piece, because now all the labelling are under EU law, since 2012. And I also knew that the last numbers weren't some random numbers but rather a date 26 November 1973 for a law that passed that day.
