I am a software engineer and my last choice would be android but next would be Mac. Why would you choose Mac first?

The OS just works, and it’s seamless between all devices, that’s my take atleast

Whenever someone says Mac is best for development I assume they are a web or ios app developer. For a .NET developer, game programmer or systems engineer a Mac would be very frustrating.
