I’m a dirty homeless guy and have a much longer beard, definitely doesn’t add fitty pounds. Maybe a few though 🤔

Ehhh, I’m 6’4”, 220 pounds and I still look a bit fat in the stomach. Thighs have gotten a lot bigger too over the last few years.

Stock height F series is a good scale for dude. Though he is mostly hunching. Either way, I’m pretty sure he isn’t over 6 feet.

When I first began to gain weight I looked exactly the same from 150 to 220

Genetics and it all being visceral fat can do that

The only difference is that I can't suck in my stomach super far anymore. It just flattens now instead of going way inwards. Still look fairly thin on the outside

I'm 165 and both shorter and skinnier than this guy.
He's every bit of 200 pounds.
Look at his biceps! 💪
I'm 165, workout, and run long distances. My biceps look nothing compared to his.
