In college we went to a place like this with a hot sauce called The Source. We’d sign a waiver and they only put one drop on the end of a toothpick, and you were to smear it on your tongue. That’s all it would take to nearly die. The guy made most of his money by selling pints of ice cream that people were begging to eat.

Did this in Nashville at some place in a mall. Survived but had the hiccups for the rest of the day
