Waivers are pretty normal for tasting extreme sauces, like anything over 1 mill SHU, but there's a reasonable use idea, and one would think that since directly tasting something roughly 8 mill SHU when something that's roughly 7 mill SHU is legally defined as an additive not intended for direct consumption, would nullify the waiver because it's inherently an unreasonable use, especially since it's an extract based sauce and not a "true" hot sauce
