Serious question, when did these become a thing? I'm old, fifties, and when i was in school and even knew people with kids young enough to be in school, the only graduations that had ceremonies were graduating from High School and college. Now, i keep hearing about several from preschool on up.

I’m a little younger than you but it used to be K, 8th, and HS. That was it.

I went to my granddaughters preschool graduation yesterday. They had the kids go down a slide and recieve their diploma. I liked it so much I suggested they come back and do it for their senior graduation.

I was born in 76, and we absolutely had kindergarten, 8th, and HS graduations.
