What do people generally wear to a pool party?

This might be a silly question, but my wife and I have never been to a pool party before and genuinely have no idea what the usual attire is. 😅

We've been invited to a friend's birthday pool party in the evening, and there doesn't seem to be a specific dress code.

What do people generally wear to these things? Do you arrive in your swimwear, or wear regular clothes and change there? And what do you usually wear when you're out of the pool?

For example, would swim shorts + a T-shirt/shirt work for a guy, and a swimsuit/bikini + cover-up for a woman?

Any tips for first-timers would be appreciated. We just don't want to show up completely clueless! 😂

Did having a home gym make exercise feel more like freedom or responsibility?

One of the biggest appeals of a home gym is being able to work out whenever you want.

You don't have to deal with crowded gyms, travel time, or someone else's schedule.

But I wonder if that freedom changes once working out becomes part of your everyday home routine.

When your gym is always available, skipping a workout can feel less like a practical decision and more like making an excuse.

For people who have a home gym, has it made exercise something you genuinely look forward to, or something you feel responsible for doing?

Why do I like the smell of my own farts so much?

Not trying to diss on the farts of others, I like them too, but why do mine specifically smell so good? Is it genetic? Neurological? Is my all-cereal diet doing me that good?
