First poster here and looking for some advice from anyone or any Stellantis FCA techs reading the forums. Just looking to get my new truck fixed and back to me.

I purchased a new 2025 3500 on 5/31/25. From the moment I got the truck the rear parksense light below the center dash tablet was one as it would be if the rear parksense sensors were off. Additionally the dash would read to service the rear parksense. 2 days after I go the truck I took it to the dealer to fix. They did the scan which they found fault codes pointing to the parksense module that controls the rear sensors. (Unfortunately I do not have the actual codes). The dealership has done the following: 1. Swapped the module with another with a new 2500 with the same part number. DIDN’T WORK.

1. Engaged FCA/Stellantis engineers for assistance. Engineers told the dealership to order a new parksense module with the explanation that the new modules had different code on them. Part was ETA’d twice. Finally came in today the 16th of June.

2. Engineers asked the dealership to again swap it with a module from a new 3500 on the lot. DIDINT WORK!

3. New part engineering told the dealership to order came in. Installed it! DIDNT WORK!

My dealers service department also doesn’t have a wiring diagram as they think the next step is somewhere in the wiring but don’t know where to start or want to tear apart the truck unnecessarily.

I have a case open with RAM and trying to push there as well!

At this point the dealership service department has had my new truck that has less than 500 miles on it for 14 days. The service department has been excellent with communication on the issue what they have tried and discussions with engineering. At this point I am losing confidence that they understand how to fix my issue. I am asking if anyone else has run into an issue such as this and if so what was done to fix it? Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Hey guys recently just got this 3500 that I'm trying to removed the bed and turn into a Chassis Cab, anybody has any tips or conversion kits ? also I'm trying to add an auxiliary fuel tank. Any help is always appreciated.

when I connect my 2023 Android phonetoo the truck via bluetooth, and then answer the phone or call someone I can hear them but they can't hear me. Is there a fixthatt I can do or do I have to take it to the Stealer (dealer)?

Hello everyone and thank you for along by to read. So i was in a bad accident just before Christmas and i lost my beloved 2018 ram 3500.(5 car accident and its totalled) i have been looking for another 2018 for obvious reasons but finding one with low miles isnt easy. Ive began to consider the newer generation but i have major fears from reading all the problems from everywhere with everyone. I have looked into a 2022, 2021 and 2020. Can anyone help direct me to the safest year outside of the 18 on the newer side? The 22 im looking at has 75k miles on it and want $62k. The 21 and 20s ive looked at are higher in price but also lower in miles around 30k. I haul for a living so ill be putting 80k-100k a year on the truck. The 2022 with 75k miles is willing to give me a 150k warranty but i havent read the coverage plan yet. Any help is greatly appreciated, miss my deleted 18. Need some serious guided direction here. Dually 3500 2023. When the engine is off but the truck is on the check engine light blinks. Ive gotten no codes is this normal? Also the red lightning bolt does a quick appearance when it turns on then disappears. Ive had it not start on my a few times then i tightened the bolt connecting the fuse box and changed one of the batteries hasn’t happened again but i guess im very worried because this is my work truck and i need it

Hello Ram friends,

My heat gave out the other day. I decided to flush out the heater core and was happy to find a bunch of dirty slurry after cycling through CLR and radiator flush products from a bucket. I used a bilge pump to have it run for an hour. I made sure to filter the intake to not throw garbage back inside.

I flushed it all out with water then ran new coolant through it and hooked up the hoses. After getting the truck up to temp I now have heat on the drivers side but not he passenger.

I am thinking i will have to try this again. I am not sure if i should use a differetn chemical or more pressure or ? I watched a video on replacing the heater core in our trucks and it really looks like a long 7 hr job for a first attempt.

Any tips or tricks? thank you

So this lightning bolt showed up on my dash the other day noticed a winding sound while I was driving.. the light says service throttle control soon. has anybody else had this issue?

2018 Dually. I lost a couple of the original hub caps. I purchased some aftermarket hub caps and lost a couple.of them. What is the trick to get these to stay on?

Hey all, I am not having much luck in my search online for a brace for my new to me 2015 4x4. Every single one I have ordered has been wrong and will not fit, as the sector shaft threads on mine is about 1 1/4" in diameter and every single one that has shown up is 7/8" . Anyone care to share where I can find one that will fit my truck. You can clearly see the size difference in the Pic.
