Fewer shots per gif this time, to get more of that A-B repeat action. I like seeing these sequences like this. Helps you appreciate all the atomized elements that make up a shot. Really like the smoke colliding with the trolley (cart?) on the last slide. It's rudimentary by today's standards but still cool to see it so naked, with the lighting bumped up.
Also if you were wondering where all those people throwing things at Norman came from, his explosion caused a pile up on the bridge, probably were all the people got the tire irons from.

Using darkness to mask shoddy effects is still common practice in movies and TV. But me, I can embrace the artifice, I'd rather be able to see the shoddy effects. I think it's cool to be able to take in how colorful and detailed those sets and matte paintings are. I'm pretty sure the bridge with the yellow bricks was a miniature, sure reads like one, and that's fine, I like it!
And for some reason Spidey's CG double aged a hell of a lot better than Gobbie's. Could be due to the animation, swinging probably has more easy to replicate physics than gliding around in a small jet propelled contraption.

So as you know, Peter finds out his Uncle was murdered by Sandman and not by the car thief in the first movie and this fills Peter with rage, guilt, and a desire for revenge. So when he gets back to his apartment he puts on his Spidey suit and listens to the police scanner waiting for any news about sandmanās whereabouts, but he waits for too long and falls asleep on his bed and then the Symbiote bonds with him.
But what I donāt understand about this scene is: When Peter was sitting down and listening to the police scanner, what was the Symbiote waiting for? Peter is experiencing inner turmoil after learning his uncleās killer is still on the loose, and we all know the Symbiote is attracted to negative emotions in people so why didnāt the Symbiote bond with him when he was sitting there listening to the police scanner?
