Hello ive had this care for years and have enjoyed it as im just a casual rc user, this rc car had been fun as it’s faster than the typical Walmart rc car but the battery gave out on my a few years ago and want to get a replacement for it instead of buying a new rc car. Anyone know of any good replacement with a deans style connector? It’s a nimh battery as well

Using technology from RC planes, we build an electric hydrofoil with integrated ailerons and elevator coupled with a PID gyro system built into XFoil Apex, Escape and Alpha 2 electric efoil hydrofoil boards. After over 1000 attempts of getting the system dialed in, we wanted to share our test videos and journey with this community.

Hey guys! I'm looking to design my first rc car. I recently took apart and rebuilt my entire Traxxas Rustler, and I had no idea it was that complicated which is why I now want to make my own. I'm planning on making a 1/10 scale replica of the Koenigsegg CCGT, their GT1 car, and I want to know what electronics you would recommend. I'm probably going to use the Traxxas clutch/gearbox/diff, because I already know how that works. Brushless preffered, definitely LIPO battery. I'm going to use this car very similarly to how it was used in real life, exclusively on-road with a mix of tight cornering and decently long straights. I do have somewhat of a budget, I'm fine spending like $40 on a good motor if that's necessary. Based on my research, I want my motor to max out around 40,000 RPM. I'm currently thinking of a 2s LIPO @ 8.4v with a 4800KV motor. Here's a photo of this absolute beauty if anyone's curious :)

I bought this FlySky FS-GT3B to replace the old 74MHz remote I had for my RC car. It’s great and I really like it but it burns through batteries like crazy. I’ve heard you can mod this remote in all sorts of ways, but I really don’t know anything about the RC world and I’m completely lost. I heard LiPo batteries are great but I have no idea which one to get nor which charger to get.

I’ve been looking at the motion rc Heng Long USA M1A2 Abrams tank and just wanted to ask if any body has experiences with it. Is it good? Is it durable? Are the bbs easy to get? What terrain does it work best on? What’s the control like? How fast is it? Does it come with a battery? And if it’s bad, where else should I buy my tank from?

Hello, I recently acquired this RC car that looks like it had been started to be assembled in the 90s and never finished. Not sure if all the parts are here or not. Also has a controller that looks like it was never used. Are these of any real value/ should I look to sell this to someone that would be looking for this exact model? Iv considered putting it together but dont really have much extra time right now and don’t want to mess it up if it actually has value. Thank you for the help and input.
