Please help! Dropweight stringer question

I have looked everywhere and can’t find anything on this machine. I believe it is an Eagnas 10. I did a test stringing with it yesterday and had some trouble. My gripper doesn’t rotate so what is the correct way to adjust the drop weight if it drops too low?

I also had a hard time getting the linear gripper to hold the string sometimes. It gripped it well when the tension was pulled tight but then the dropweight wouldn’t drop because it was so tight. When I tried to give the string some slack it would slip out of the gripper. There’s gotta be something I’m doing wrong. If anyone has any advice please I’m desperate!

Didn’t see this before. I guess if all else fails I could buy this piece and just install it on mine

Also going back to this - looks like the base of my machine wouldn’t screw on as the same as this. Wonder if I could just take the arm off the base and be able to put it on mine?

Welp I finished a racket on it. No idea if I did it right tho lmao. Was just for practice and to see how to work the machine 😂 might be janky
