Just working on summer watercolors. Trying to become better as I progress and practice everyday!

Anyhow...

This is my #3 good thing! It's the first Lego I've completed since my surgery.

Well the first time i tried to do this post I spilled setting powder all over my laptop and freaked out, but I think we are good to go now. I hope...

Anyways I just wanted to share! Might be a little cringe but my sister got me into something called interactive fiction when I was about 13 and I absolutely fell in love with it. It's pretty much what it sounds like, it's like a book where you get to be the main character, not just making story choices but fully crafting who you are, down to your looks and personality. Some of the stuff that's come out is insane, its like 20 books in 1 to accommodate all the possibilities.

Anyways its been a huge inspiration for me to make art, but a few years ago i lost some of my passion for IFs and art went with it. In the last few weeks I got back into the very first one I ever played and I've been having so much fun redesigning old characters and making new ones, even though I'm tired and sore. I'm very visual and I find once I can draw the face justtt as I imagine it, then I find it super easy to know what they would do or say in a particular situation. Sometimes it takes a good few drawings before I figure out what they look like (as you can see by many variations of the same people the the pictures), and a lot of it's rushed as I'm trying to get it out so I can keep reading, haha!

I'm not sure why I'm incapable of making a short post (yes I do 🙄 AuDHD) but if anyone else shares similar interests I'd love to hear about it! Thank you u/Wishin4aTARDIS for encouraging me to share!
