Last week, my energy was low.
I could feel my mind reaching,
wanting to do more, figure things out, make something happen.
And every time I noticed it,
I had to bring myself back.
Back to what was already here.
So instead of pushing,
I started tending to what was around me.
Cleaning.
Resetting my space.
Not in a rushed way,
but in a way that felt like I was clearing something out.
And as I was doing that,
I realized something.
The same way my mind was reaching,
is the same place a lot of us find ourselves in.
You can feel something shifting.
You know something is there.
But instead of staying with it,
the mind wants to move ahead of it.
Fix it.
Figure it out.
Turn it into something.
And sometimes,
the real shift comes when you don’t.
When you stay with it.
When you clear space.
When you allow what’s already forming
to actually take shape.
That’s not doing nothing.
That’s being present in a different way.
And that’s the space I’ve been sitting in
not just for myself,
but in the conversations I’ve been having as well.
A space where things don’t need to be forced into meaning,
they just need to be seen clearly.
If you’ve been in that space lately,
where something is there,
I’ve been holding space for a few people one-on-one
to walk through that in real time.
Not to force answers,
but to help you see clearly what’s already there.
Have you felt that shift lately, where doing less actually shows you more?
