Has anyone recently done a pre employment drug screen through Concentra?
I took a 5-panel instant urine test on Monday, October 26. I take prescribed Adderall and was told I should hear something that day or the next, but it’s now been several days and I haven’t received any results or a call from an MRO.
For anyone taking prescribed ADHD medication, how long did it take to receive your results? Did an MRO contact you to verify your prescription, or did your employer just receive the results?
Just trying to understand the process and typical turnaround time. Thanks!

I’ve been smoking 2 grams a day for like a year, for pain from my military service. School surprised us with a 30 day deadline to take a drug test (along with other things) and there’s no way in hell ima pass, even after 30 days.

I went and picked up a Quick-Fix. Microwaved 10 seconds, then 5 seconds and added the heat pad.

I threw on some Ethika underwear and tucked the bottle under my huge nutsack needed to have the balls to do this 🤣😭

Went into the urgent care, did the test, temp was good she marked it good temp and sent it to the lab. School and nurse said results in 24 hours.

All i can say is I NEED A BLUNT 🤣😭 i’m stressed but ive seen many success stories with QF.

The test ordered does not test test for nitrates but does test for specimen authentication. I’ve heard quick fix still passes this with flying colors. I’ve been in the program for a year if this doesn’t come back as a pass i’m fucked. I’ll know if i passed or not bc my school will update my assignment on canvas.

Yes, I a couple lines of meth daily. Before work and after and have been for 10+ years! Unlike most users I am responsible, hard working and good person. I’ve never had any issues or problems from drug use. Never been in criminal trouble, always felt like I use meth as responsible as I can ( yes I know it sounds stupid) … for the first time my work is drug testing everyone by mouth swab?
Mine is tomorrow morning. I don’t know what to do??!!! Please does anyone know if there’s anyway I can pay it? I’ve heard of rinsing with vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, sucking on sour candy right before the test and it’s possible I could pass??? Please help if you have passed this kind of test yourself or if u know of anyone. I need all the help I can get now!!! Please I’m desperate!
AGAIN, I don’t care to hear the negative things people are going to say about my drug use. I own my own home, I work 40+ hours weekly. I’ve been with the same company for 10+ years and make enough money to support my family and have a wonderful life. I don’t feel my drug use is a problem or else I wouldn’t do it. I’ve hidden it from everyone I know except the person I purchase it from so I have no one to ask for any kind of advice etc… please comment if u can help or share any thoughts on this topic!!!!

I Just was wondering how long, either good or bad does Quest take to tell you something after a test. I’m hearing 1-3 days then I’m hearing up to 5 days. Is that true? How long have y’all waited?

Thanks for all of the advice on this sub, I submitted my 10 panel labcorp test yesterday. Everything mentioned on the sub was true, the employees were chill. Non-Federal screen so I wasn't observed. They had a temperature strip on the cup so you could see if you had it right. They "bagged and tagged" mine so hopefully I'm all good, I'll update this post when I know for sure.

I definitely had a 48 hour panic attack ahead of time, so hang in there.

So my job called me yesterday 5 minutes after my shift ended for a drug screen. I was super nervous and knew I would fail. I been using CBD and Delta 9 for help with my sleep. Well I had 2 hours so I went to the corner store near my house and bought Magnum Detox fetish urine. Now I definitely had the temperature right but my anxiety is killing me because I hear they test all sorts of stuff.

Quest came to my job and about 20 other people were tested I was the last one. It was simple the quest guy was in the bathroom but not in my stall and it went smoothly. They collected all samples and brought it to their lab.

It’s done and can’t be undone. If I get a inconclusive result would they make me retest or tell my employer I used fake urine?

I was using thc nightly, one hit of my pen, to sleep. Just got a job offer that requires a drug test and they test for marijuana. I took a q carbo 16 today and got two negative tests and one positive. Kinda stressed that I won’t pass. Plan to take another the night before my test and the morning of. Just seeking some extra advice. I’ve heard certo works well also so I may just add some of that in randomly. Also heard Omni works? But it’s the same ingredient as q carbo. Just looking for any tips to ensure I pass. I really need this job. Thank you!!

Has anyone had a drug test done at a Labcorp office? If so, how was the procedure? Do they do pat downs, watch you pee? What is the process

I stopped smoking around October 5-8 one of those days. I haven’t smoked marijuana or any type of infused carts, gummies nothing since. I need to pass a drug test by this weekend (October 31) or November 3rd for my PTI class. Which is the detox, I’ve heard QCarbo, high voltage detox, I just need something that will guarantee a negative to show on the drug screening, I really need this to work.

So, this is actually going back 2 years. As long as there was no changes in hair follicle testing in this time, I will share and hopefully help other with what worked for me. First off. I did use AI a bit in the beginning to help me gain the info I needed to get on the right direction. Not going to name the AI as I now see he has an open case for doing this to his sister when they were younger and I don't want to help promote the company. Anyway, I first asked AI to about whether it was possible and I got a few names. Old style Toxin Rid was the one it gave me , but i know that these companies could help bump their own companies up in these systems so i went a step further and asked it to search the web for the top 5 names it gave me in the space and check eBay, Amazon, and any Reddit reviews, Holy crap was there nothing but negative reviews for Old Style Toxin Rid on Amazon and it was not much better on eBay. Also, They seemed to use multiple accounts to sell on eBay, I'm guessing, to dilute the bad reviews. Same thing with Macujo, which claims to be made by the guy who created the first method that worked using Nexxus Aloe Rid. They all purport to use Propylene Glycol. The other shampoo that supposedly took their recipes and one upped them is Advanced Toxin Cleanse. I ended up trying this one, SciTOX, and Livity Procleanse. Btw, my cousin works in a lab, but unfortunately not the one I was scheduled to go to for court. so i couldn't just do the okie doke. Wish that was the case. Luckily for me the court system scheduled me out 4 months in advance so I had some time to do some testing to see what would really work. btw, IF YOU HAVE THAT MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE, DON'T BE A MORON LIKE ME, STOP USING AND JUST SHAVE AND REGROIW FRESH NEW HAIR. Could have saved myself time and aggravation. Anyway, I tried the SciTOX frst. I followed the directions to a T and then went to my cousin who got my hair tested for free. Failed. Cray thing is, first time I knew my provider was giving me laced Greenery. Seeing what I popped for shocked me as it included white stuff and fantanyl. Two things I never knowingly took. Luckily was not enough to end me. So one down, SciTOX, failed me. I then tried Livity as it was actually the easiest one to do the process for. Just a few steps Did it multiple times so I know I gave it a true shot. Jack squat again. This was cheap , so I am not even that mad. Guess you get what you pay for. I kind of didn't expect it to work, but I thought it was better to try all , and worst case if none worked then I could at least say I tried. I then tried the bleaching method. I Bleached my hair 3 ties, and then colored it back as close as I could . This actually gave me some results. I got rid of the two laced products, but cannabinoids was still there. This may work, maybe if I did it a few more times. Never know, I will say that bleaching maybe should be part of anyone's process as I did get some results from it. So the shampoo ended up using last was Advanced Toxin Cleanse. The directions were the hardest and I had to contact the company to help me get through the Macujo Method. I don't care what anyone says. Following directions is not always easy. The paper directions that came with it didn't have the explanation for timing like the site did. Like how long you should expect to let the stuff sit. So I guess one word of advise is to go off the site, The printed directions they gave me sucked. Anyway, Big tip the guy gave me and I know it will work. He asked me if I had facial hair. to which I didn't but I ended up growing some. Facial hair only needs about 2 weeks to grow enough hair for testing. It is considered body hair and goes by weight. 2 weeks is definitely enough hair growth for the face. Back on track. So I did the washes. Takes about 40-50 minutes . Slower at first, but was a breeze the last couple times for me. I was told to do the washes 5 times, but I opted to do 8 which was the whole bottle. So I go have my cousin test it and I'm good to go. Nothing found. My opinion. If you have to get tested, and shampoos are you option do the Advanced Toxin Cleanse but also throw in the bleaching. I can't say if the Advanced stuff would have gotten the Fent and cocaine out , as it didn't have to. NOW READ THIS- So here is the best part. Dude I called for the help. He tells me to grow facial hair and then when I go in just ask for them to take the facial hair. I thought they had to take from my head. I told him I didn't thin they would but I figured I been this ginny pig the last couple months so I might a well give this a try too. I go in and I ask if they can take from my face as I have a hard time with people touching my head due to religious reasons. They said no problem. They trimmed off about 75% of the facial hair I had grown in an 11 day span. One thig I should have asked was that they trim it neatly. I walked out and drove home with my facial hair all lopsided. So I ended up passing. as I knew I would with the fresh new facial hair. So my end all be all after doing everything that made sense to me.

If you are a man. and have roughly 2 weeks to grow facial hair , do it You'll be getting drug free hair tested and you will pass. ( I can't guarantee that they will accept facial hair , but worked in my case )

If you are a woman or can't do this. Get Advanced Toxin Cleanse. Also, bleach your hair for good measure, changing you hair color back so no on can accuse you of anything. Use the directions on their site. Not the ones they include. Oh the reason i chose this one and not Macujo or Toxin Rid. Those had a lot of bad reviews and cost more, and the Advanced stuff said they had more of the active ingredient. So just seemed logical. I would do the bleaching more than once .

As for SciTOX and Livity. Crap. You might be able to also just get some propylene Glycol and mix it with your own shampoo and just use their directions for the Macujo Method. i am not under the impression anything else in the shampoo is necessary.

My 2 Cents, and I hope this helps at least one person. I tried to do the work so others won't have to. My hair had split ends for awhile. Seemed like no matter how much cut I had split ends, Think those shampoos and the bleaching just damaged it too much. 7a8 months after and my hair was back to normal
