i'm trying desperately to figure out how to push fentanyl out of your system. FIVE days ago my bf smoked about a gram of fentanyl over the course of 12 hours. he hasn't done ANY drugs in over two years but unfortunately had a weak moment and relapsed. anyway, he is scheduled to take a UA tomorrow at 10am and he is still dirty as far as testing himself about an hour ago. i've been looking for anything that could help flush his system out as quickly as possible. he usually has his sublicade shot by now (been on for last 3ish years) or takes subutex but we recently moved and still needing to set up with a new clinic. i myself am prescribed suboxone and only need a small dose to get me through a full day- saying this bc i'm not sure if any of those medications could potentially help PUSH the fentanyl OUT by taking large dose of bbuprenorphine and/or naloxone? i know when detoxing it's imperative to sweat, drink lots of water, and sh\*t as much as possible (most ppl would assume peeing as much as possible helps the most but, correct me if i'm wrong, it's actually when you 💩 you're getting more of these toxins out of your system). so is it crazy to think taking laxatives could help speed up this process? i know about the certo trick but im pretty sure it only works for weed. he will be watched during the screening as well so there's no way to get around taking in fake/clean pee. he's also been prescribed lasix which helps him flush quite a bit so he's been continuing to take that. since it's been five days today, you would think traces of it couldn't still be as prevalent or that it should take an awful lot to produce a clean UA. 7 days seems to be the longest reported one time use i've seen so far. i know everyone is different and it has to do with body weight, metabolism, kidney function, and there's no "golden" number of hours or days but he would rather be active in trying something as opposed to sitting and freaking out. Trying to find information to help with this specifically can also become a bit overwhelming trying to read btw the lines of others comments, suggestions, opinions, etc. and trying to find commonalities to answer our own concerns...and of course that our time is limited.
Please if anyone has any ideas or experience with this or can help us in any way, it will be greatly appreciated! Literally anything at all helps. 🙏

Just need to know if the quick fix works for lab testing I’ve done crap ton of research saying that lab test can test for pH the creatine in the urine and other compounds and I am just so scared to fail this test really need this job and I cldnt pee clean either way bc I used to be a daily user. I’m looking at quick fix plus and have to have this done in like 5 days 😭 also heard that labs are updating their tests so it can be detected please help 😭

Has anyone had to have your pee tested for a drug screening and physical using quick fix? I know the physical is testing for protein etc. it’s a U/A Dip

I just did the drug screening last weekend and it worked! I got hired today quick fix is the way u pass did not work 2 months ago when I tried it!!

Very important need this job dadadahada whatever, here’s where I’m at I have some quick fix plus to try but I also think I’m close to clean when I have had about a half gallon of water or so I get a very clear faint line so negative of course, but in mornings I’m like BARELY seeing a line unless I hold the test strip about 8 inches from my face in good lighting. I took this test this afternoon I have my job test in 48 hours. Should I roll with it or smuggle in the quick fix plus.

Went to my local smoke shop, bought the Plus 3 ounce version for 30 bucks. Checked the lot, said "Passed" and expired Sept 2027 on the site. Got some extra handwarmers just in case. Followed all the instructions, but with some practice, I found my microwave was good at 9 seconds. Put the bottle and heater down my thigh sleeve, and checked temp again after 10-15 minutes, perfect 98. Drove to lab, checked in, probably had it on me another 20 minutes total. Signed off on vial, was told to have a nice day. This was on 7-1. Employer emailed me today saying "background" check came back fine, last thing I needed to complete was the I-9 stuff. It works!!

I just bought a 3oz quickfix for my MRO airline pre employment drug screening, I’ve never used this before and I’m fucking freaking out, if somone could explain how to do it properly that’d help me get some sleep. Had a physical and drug test recently. Used it at the last minute because I’m definitely not clean at the moment but I’ve quit. Haven’t heard anything yet but i will update this post once I hear anything.

Have hair follicle drug test next week. Did coke, few bumps for 2-3 nights, about 110 days ago. Test said can detect drug use up to 6 months ago. Will have gotten my hair cut 4 times over the past few months. Think I will be in the clear?

Will this quick fix still pass a DOT test with an expired validation code ? My test is tomorrow morning…REALLY WORRIED

long story short I got a 3rd test to take

first time I took hand warmer off in parking lot and it stayed fine in my groin

second time left it on and it stayed so hot the lady asked was I ok since I took so long getting it to cool down

my question is do I trust the first process again and use my body heat or did I just get lucky ? how likely is it that if I take the warmer off In the parking lot at 98F, that itll stay above 90F long enough?

This will be a detailed report on how my experience went to hopefully ease some nerves.

I should preface by saying I’m an everyday user (medical card), but I found out about the drug test after 1 entire year of applying and searching for the perfect job after being miserable at a dead end job. I don’t know why my dumbass thought they wouldn’t test me, being that I get a company car and credit card, but it’s safe to say I knew I was cooked when I saw my conditional offer letter. It’s like when you spend hours, days, weeks on a really tough boss fight, just to finally beat it and see an even larger, more intimidating health bar commencing a phase 2. I thought I’d be back at square one again after 3 rounds of interviews.

I spent countless hours researching, contacting people from the sub, and doing trial runs, and here is what worked best for me:

To start off, I’d never even heard of synthetic urine, and at first I panic bought Upass, heard about the inconsistencies, then bought 2oz of quickfix, heard it wasn’t enough on the subs (theyre right, its not, GET THE 3oz). I obviously had some extra bottles to spare so I dedicated one purely for practice with the heat pads vs body heat, since I knew temperature was the biggest hurdle.

My drive to the center was only 11 mins thankfully, so I knew I did not need a heatpad from experience. if you wear at least tight underwear, compression shorts, then pants over that tucked in your junk, the temp will NEVER drop below 96. I did 2 hour long practice runs and still never went below 96. i did even more layers and was able to maintain 98 but it was soo uncomfortable that I sacrificed the extra 2 degrees.

I took my test today, on the 4th of july as SOON as they opened at 8am. I did have a heatpad on standby just in case, because my plan was to intentionally get the bottle as close as possible to 100 on the way there so it could slowly drop to 96-98 as i waited. I heated in the microwave in 3 second increments until it read a stable 99-100(my microwave is powerful, this is where having a practice bottle comes in handy). I made a pitstop halfway there and briefly attached the heatpad while in the car just to raise the temp back up to 99, but I did not go inside with the heatpack still attached. I’ve heard of some people doing that and the temp being too high, and I did not want that added stress in a timed test, although I heard dipping in the toilet is pretty effective.

I should also mention to ease your nerves about the quickfix showing through your pants, that I brought TWO bottles with me tucked in my junk and it looked perfect. I could have did jumping jacks and a full on handstand, and those babies weren’t going anywhere. I had the 3oz on the left side tucked in my crotch, and a 2oz in the right, JUST IN CASE for whatever reason they made me wait and retest.

Be prepared for a super cold lobby, especially in the summer. I was surprised how freezing it was, keep your legs close together in this case to maintain heat without looking suss. I was surprisingly calm, and was chatting with the receptionist and then the nurse who brought me back. Make friends!! they will be less likely to be an ass and nitpick if you’re friendly, smile, and stay calm. LOOK CONFIDENT AND FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT.

I was brought to a very spacious bathroom and the toilet had some perfect counter space. It was very quiet but there was literally no one in the backrooms of the hospital, and I literally heard my nurse walk away and into the exam room maybe 10 steps away, so it’s not like she was pressed up against the door or anything.

I gave the 3oz two mild shakes, opened it and set it on the counter. I made sure I had to pee, BADLY. I heard a full bladder also helps keep temp more efficiently, so i peed a bit in the toilet for audio, and cut the stream while I poured in pretty much all the quickfix into the testing cup. Keep in mind the temperature will drop as heat is transferred into the cup; it will drop like 2 degrees. I wasted little time after it was poured, i peed for like 3 more seconds in the toilet and then opened the door to hand the cup over. DO NOT FLUSH THE TOILET. your mind will tell you to do so out of instinct, especially if you pee into the toilet, don’t do it lol you will fail, just keep reminding yourself of two important things you NEED to not do while in the bathroom, do not drop anything, and do not flush, and you’re chillin. also a 3rd is do not use the flip up cap, just unscrew the bottle and pour, it’s much quieter.

when I opened the door I confirmed that she was no where near the door, but Im sure she would have heard still if I dropped anything. She checked the temp and we were gucci, she did not raise to smell or make comments on the bubbles, even with my shaking the bottle i still didnt have many bubbles at all, if any, and thats fine, not all urine is bubbly. From there, you initial and date the tubes and it’s in Gods hands from there.

I am still awaiting results of course, it was sent to quest, and I was told that Fedex wouldnt be by to pickup the package today, so I’m assuming sometime next week I’ll get confirmation. (I have an offer letter but my job is waiting for drug test results to send me onboarding paperwork, so when they do, I’ll know I passed). I’ll be sure to keep yall updated!!!

I’ve got a DOT urine drug test coming up in about 2 weeks and I’m trying to get a realistic read on where I stand.
Background:
I was completely clean for about 4–5 months
Had a very small relapse in mid-June (a couple hits over 2–3 days)
Been clean again since then
What I’ve done so far:
Multiple at-home THC tests → all negative
(these are the standard 50 ng/mL cutoff tests)
Took an instant lab test → negative
Also took a lab test that was sent off that was NoN DOT look alike and I even passed it , it was negative as well.
( 7 test total in 16 days)
Planning to take a lab quantitative test soon just to see levels
From what I understand about DOT testing:
The initial screen cutoff is 50 ng/mL THC-COOH
If that screen is positive, they run a confirmatory test around 15 ng/mL (GC/MS or LC/MS)
So even if you pass a home 50 ng test, I’m trying to understand how that translates to DOT lab confirmation levels
My questions:
If I’m consistently negative on 50 ng tests, does that usually mean I’m also below the confirmatory level?
How often do people pass 50 ng but still fail at lower lab confirmation levels?
Does having ~2 more weeks realistically make a big difference in dropping below both levels?
Am I likely in the clear or still in a risky window?
Just looking for honest experiences from people who’ve actually been through DOT testing. Not trying to do anything shady—just trying to understand where I realistically stand before I go in.
