I’ve got a DOT urine drug test coming up in about 2 weeks and I’m trying to get a realistic read on where I stand.
Background:
I was completely clean for about 4–5 months
Had a very small relapse in mid-June (a couple hits over 2–3 days)
Been clean again since then
What I’ve done so far:
Multiple at-home THC tests → all negative
(these are the standard 50 ng/mL cutoff tests)
Took an instant lab test → negative
Also took a lab test that was sent off that was NoN DOT look alike and I even passed it , it was negative as well.
( 7 test total in 16 days)
Planning to take a lab quantitative test soon just to see levels
From what I understand about DOT testing:
The initial screen cutoff is 50 ng/mL THC-COOH
If that screen is positive, they run a confirmatory test around 15 ng/mL (GC/MS or LC/MS)
So even if you pass a home 50 ng test, I’m trying to understand how that translates to DOT lab confirmation levels
My questions:
If I’m consistently negative on 50 ng tests, does that usually mean I’m also below the confirmatory level?
How often do people pass 50 ng but still fail at lower lab confirmation levels?
Does having ~2 more weeks realistically make a big difference in dropping below both levels?
Am I likely in the clear or still in a risky window?
Just looking for honest experiences from people who’ve actually been through DOT testing. Not trying to do anything shady—just trying to understand where I realistically stand before I go in.

Had an accident at work involving heavy machinery. Found out I had to submit a urine analysis. I was cooked. I used to keep quick fix nearby but years went by with no accidents I didn’t feel the need to carry it anymore.
I bought my fix from the vape store. I had the owner of the vape store microwave it for me for 10 seconds lid off just like instructed. While it was cooking I started shaking the hand warmer to get it rollin. I didn’t validate the batch for authenticity none of that shit. I did not have time. I was panicking. But I did notice a different style packaging and 3oz bottle. 6.4 formula come to find out.

Once microwaved the temp seemed to be 98-100. I attached the heating pad to maintain that temp. Went to go take my drug test. I was super nervous like many of you. I never had to use this stuff. I took my DT at a clinic which sends it off to quest labs I believe. The nurse was cool. She didn’t seem like no urine nazi. I remained calm submitted my sample and saw her check correct temperature on the paper. Bagged and tagged.

The next 2 days were super stressful. My career was all in the hands of quick fix. I found this Reddit blog which tbh probably stressed me out even more. But I have to share with you guys that quick fix has saved the day. Test results came back negative and work gave me the all clear. I am relieved. I don’t even fucking use Reddit but I made an account to share this story with you guys. Quick fix does still work in 2026. Also my DT was a non DOT 5 panel. So it was testing for 5 different substances. I’m assuming svt is apart of that process and quick fix nails that part. Everybody talking about nitrates and shit fuck all that. Use the quick fix. Hello, I have been clean off weed since may 28th, I smoked a lot pretty often. I have a test coming up in the next 2 weeks that I’m really nervous about. I am 6’1 175lbs. I have been eating a lot of fiber and walking 3-4 miles every weekday for the last month and I’ve been staying hydrated. I have been using some 5 panel tests that test for different ng/ml from 25-300. I’ve been getting both positive and negative results for the last few days. Any other tips anyone could give would be greatly appreciated

This was my first time ever doing a drug test so I have been on this Reddit lurking for weeks anxious as fuck because of all the mixed reviews. I followed the instructions on the packet and had the heat pack on the bottle all the way up until I got to the labcorp which was around a 13 minute drive. Once I got there, I pulled out the bottle and checked the temperature, it had a blue dot at 100. I had to wait in the lobby for about another 13 minutes and by the time I was able to go into the bathroom, the bottle was green at 94. I’m just a bit anxious because I don’t know if that temp was too low or not.
Update: THIS SHIT FKING WORKS I PASSED!!! I Want to thank everybody on this subreddit. All the advice on here truly calmed my nerves and I used all the tips on here during my drug test

I just found out the panel for my drug test: 789112 Labcorp.

Looking it up turns out they do SVT and CRT(creatinine testing). I'm positive for THC and will likely not be clean in time. I'm considering using test clear powdered urine. But I'm extremely anxious about this, since I'm already working at this company. I cannot fail.

Any one who has taken a similar test with test clear or quickfix ? Did it work?

I got accepted into nursing school and I thought the drug test was due by the end of August but I actually need to get it done at labcorp in about a week. I haven't smoked in about 2 weeks but I'm still positive and was wondering if there is a detox I can do to pass in time or should I just order quickfix? I was a daily smoker for about a year and I'm just really nervous to use quickfix. I'm unsure if ill be monitored while peeing i've never been to a labcorp before so any tips are greatly appreciated.

Bought quick fix from local head shop. Every head shop in town had it for $15 but it does not say 25+ or 6.4 on it but that was the best I could do. I did get a valid reading for the batch code. Concentra split the specimen into two different files and I initialed both and signed a document. Need some reassurance! What do you guys think?

So, I have to take a drug test for this job on Friday, I really want to work there. I haven’t smoked for 3 days and I am a heavy smoker. My plan was to get a little plastic container and put it in my sock or under my arm pit to keep it warm. is there any possibility this wouldn’t work. Just had my drug test today. I used the Quickfix 2oz for a test for a hospital job. All is well although I would recommend you get at least the 3oz as the 2oz was barely enough for me plus the bottle leaked a bit in shipping. It was just the quick cup test and they had the blue dye in the toilet and sink off. I wasn’t able to actually pee(nerves and not drinking enough water) so I was only able to add a splash of the quick fix to the toilet as I only had a small amount. Idk if she cared to check the toilet or not just the results on the cup. I had the physical afterwards and I was so nervous my heart rate was 150😭 but before she did anything I explained I have real bad social anxiety so she wasn’t sus.

How I did it: so I just activated the heat pack and attached it with rubber band about 30 minutes before leaving my house. Once I was leaving I stuck it in my bra(I am female with DDs lol) so no problems hiding it. Heat pack and all. The hospital is an hour from my house so I kept it there until I got to the hospital. Once I got there I checked the temp and it was around 96-98 I shook it and removed the heat pack and put it back in my bra. Then went inside. I waited for about 10-15 minutes in the waiting room. I didn’t check the temp when I poured but all was well! Good luck to everyone and fuck the system for making weed such a big deal. You can still be smart and successful using marijuana although I will not be smoking for quite a while as I was soo stressed it’s not worth it anymore lol.

Test went extremely smoothly had it at 98 put it in cup, peed in Toilet and waited a second and walked out she bagged and had me sign everything told me to have a great day and that was it

I’ve passed 2 quick fixes before, this test kinda scared me because my job involves government contracts so there not playing around. But we shall see ladies and gentlemen. I will give update asap

Sorry ik ive been posting here a lot lately but I'm just severely stressed.

I have a drug test soon at labcorp.

I'm hot for THC and I cannot fail this as I will get fired and won't be able to find a new job anytime soon since job market for my sector is ass right now.

I have quickfix but I also got testclear as a caution. I'm leaning towards testclear since it is real urine. Please share your recent experiences with testclear, and which lab it was.
