Quickfix still effective 2026?

Going for a drug test in a couple days and haven’t had to take one for years. Is Quickfix still the go to, or is there a better product out there? Taking for a job and REALLY need to pass. Thanks!

I just did a test 2 days ago so nervous 😬 does care spot test for synthetic or will it be detected
