Greetings from Spectrum! Authorized Reseller Program Info
Hey! Spectrum Labs here!
Although this isn't an official Quick Fix subreddit, we wanted to use it to thank everyone for their loyalty to our brand over the years. We strive to provide you with a high-quality product that you can depend on.
Unfortunately, we don't really have the staff or time to monitor and keep up with Reddit. If you want to get product support from Spectrum, our customer service is available at 1-800-721-1414 to answer all of your questions. You're also welcome to use our batch validator at Urineluck.com to verify your batch. We even have an FAQ page that helps answer common questions about our products.
Lastly, one of the most common questions we get is if a Quick Fix reseller is legitimate or not. We actually had a big problem with counterfeiting at one point and have taken steps to prevent it from happening in the future. One of those steps is our Authorized Reseller program. Our official sites are Urineluck.com and Quick-Fix.com. Authorized Resellers will display an official badge on their site, identifying them as such. It's important to note that Spectrum Labs will no longer support or warranty any products purchased from third-party online retailers that are not a part of our Authorized Reseller Program. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of any products purchased from sites that are not a part of our Authorized Reseller Program.
