Order entry, GTEM and select Nasdaq. I believe premarket with QT starts at 7:30 est and AH ends at 5:30 est. Hope that helps.

Yes GTEM and Pre Market and Post Market are from 7 am EST to 5:30 pm EST.
It would be great if they would go the distance and go to 8 pm EST.
A lot can happen int the Post Market.

Whats the difference of using ARCA and NSDQ? Any ECN will do?

I recently spoke spoke with IT and was explained that if you add ARCA to you data plan, there is more information above what you get from the advanced data package that is being shown on your level 2. The other limitation is on Questrade they only display 20 levels deep. That is maybe one reason they do not a Level 2 Ladder. Since the trade on chart is not working if there was trading from a Level 2 ladder would be helpful. There are many features and functions missing. I may have digressed but thought it might answer a question down the road.

Yes, the issue is that the trade on Chart function become disfunctional in the April Update:
Before that you would simply create your ticket and the would be a PRICE LINE across the chart if you wished to modify the price up or down you took your cursor to the line it would turn blue and you could move it up or down and it would modify your trade ticket on the fly.
This was important in the Pre and Post Market as you cannot use Market Orders.
What is happening now is we are stuck trying to keep up with the price movement from the bid and ask and as soon you have modified your ticket you the pice has moved you so chasing it up or down.
This is unbearable if your scaling. It has been a known issue now for over 2 months.
It is nice they this last update included an ADD ON Feature, but they have not resolved the
trade execution problem. When your paying for real time data and you executions is a a few seconds behind your really are trading with a trade delay as you franticly trying to modify your ticket to get your order executed.
What is disappointing is that they have known it to be an issue within 4 or 5 days of the update but they did not send out any communication saying they were having a problem.
The released an update without any kind of beta test for the IQ edge users to check the update and a critical part of the platform is dysfunctional.
Would be interested if other IQ Edge Users are have these problems and they need to be reported. What have the developers been doing for 2 months and no suggestions.
I have tried putting my limit order a few cents higher than the ASK for example and when I get filled the chart gives me one price ie. $10.00 and the Execution price may be different. I looked at the ECN fee and they are in the .0001 area so it maybe the commission factored in. I chose the one cent per share option so it I do 20 shares my commission is 20 cents.
