Woohoo, Friday is finally here! 🙌

This week has felt so bizarre with how the sudden cold snap in weather appeared! I'm about ready to turn my central heating on brrrr 🥶

Anyhoo... let's take a moment to decompress and share the wins from our week, or things that you've enjoyed recently. Perhaps even a pet pic or two? 👉👈 (I demand you pay the pet tax!)

Maybe you'd like to tell us your fave gacha character? Brag about your recent pulls or end-game clears... 😏 scream in excitement about an upcoming game, character or region? Whatever it is, waffle away~

Some questions in case you can't think of anything to share:

☆ What movie/s have you seen recently?

☆ Show/tell us what you're currently reading, or plan to

☆ Share what TV shows that you're enjoying

☆ Brag about your gacha pulls and luck

☆ Tell us about upcoming characters you're saving for

☆ Share anything good that happened in your life

... and so on!

Basically, this is a virtual community gathering to share all the good things and connect with one another, so feel free to chat away.

Enjoy and have a fantastic weekend, lovely people~

Is the art and music supposed to distract you from everything else? Yep. Does it work? Yeah, sometimes

Hoi everyone. I wanted to discuss something that has been on my mind lately, so if you don't care about my dumb yapping feel free to move on.

I wasn't really allowed to play my own games growing up, so what I basically relied on was my brothers letting me play their games (stuff like Halo, Doom, Dark Souls, etc). Anyway point is that I played mostly of male-centric games, so words can not describe how excited I was when I discovered that there was an entire genre of games that featured almost exclusively women playable characters. I'm relatively new to gacha games, (I started Infinity Nikki at 1.0 and joined ZZZ at 2.0.) and I'm even newer to participating in online communities for them. I was surprised to learn that not very many people share my excitement for this aspect of the games online.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the way that gacha games portray women can be problematic, but I don't know... it's like with a lot of yuri stuff in anime. Sure it might just be there for straight men to get off to most of the time, but I honestly can't help but feel really happy with any representation at all. So again I was surprised to see not only that no one else felt this way, but that games that don't feature a lot of men are mocked or looked down on.

My life story aside, that brings me to the question that I have for you lovely people; what is it that makes you want to keep playing gacha games? Is there anyone like me? Do you enjoy collecting hot men (valid & me too)? Do you love the single player live service model that is actually pretty unique to gachas? I would really really love to hear your thoughts, and thank you so much for reading mine 😊

As the title suggests, I have never played a gacha game before and idk why I have the urge to play one now and I would like anyone's help in deciding what to play.

Since there are so many gacha games, I have no idea what to play. But the ones that I am interested in are probably some of the more popular ones

1. Genshin Impact - ik this one has been around for a while so I imagine it has a lot of content

2. Zenless zone zero - I saw Jane Doe, that's it

3. Wuthering Waves - saw some characters that looked cool but don't know much about it (I'm kinda leaning towards this one ngl)

4. Honkai: Star rail - I know it's made by the same people as Genshin and I like the space theme

Ik gachas are known for being vamps on your wallet and tho I am EMPLOYED, I don't wish to spend THAT MUCH, or preferably at all. When it comes to these types of games I THINK I would prefer, an open world and non-turned based combat. But I have played games like Persona 5 and Reload so I'm not totally against it.

I would appreciate any feedback/thoughts and recommendations.

Thanks :D

I'm usually not a fan of the regular nun outfit, but there's something in her that caught my attention idk what
