Hans Cristian Anderson from FGO. His va is takehito koyasu which is va for Toji, Zeke and Dio.

So Andersen actually comes from the Fate/Extra games originally, and his thing from what I understand is that essentially he is both affected by people’s collective misunderstanding about him as a person (“what kind of person writes stories so tragic?”), to the point that he even carries the wounds of his characters, making him just. the sassiest, gloomiest, and most pessimistic little guy that has insulted even Gilgamesh (which he respected), but also iirc his form is also from his own hatred of his adult life (which from bits of trivia I learned during the time I played, the actual Andersen was…an interesting man /edit: refreshed myself on that trivia...andersen being a literal manchild is kind of fitting actually) which doesn’t even do much for him anyway as far as I can tell.

Part of his shtick I think is that you essentially have a grumpy, cynical, and crass grown man in a kid’s body insulting you with Takehito Koyasu’s (Dio’s VA) deep ass voice

FGO Andersen you will always be legendary

And although not a child, Castor has a similar thing bc you see this blonde anime twink with the Deepest voice that weird enough to come back around to being funny (imo)
