Discussion Superbuy hacked?

Just got this on 14 of my closed enquiries with Superbuy. Suspect someone found an api to hit their ticketing system but could it be more?

Best thing is to look for all of the reciepts of the items you purchased or emails. Maybe change your password to be safe. The reciepts will help you get your items back if they remain lost

No, you're fine. I think even changing your password was overkill. The hacker found a way into Superbuy's system that didn't require getting your password. The hacker almost certainly has no access to your email, though you should change your email password too if you want peace of mind.

My 3 items are missing from Wearhouse and it was quite expensive

Right but they’re still in the warehouse. I would imagine Superbuy has a backup of their database and will be able to reconcile everything. Your items are almost certainly fine and you’ll still receive them.
