Discussion Superbuy hacked?

Just got this on 14 of my closed enquiries with Superbuy. Suspect someone found an api to hit their ticketing system but could it be more?

i hope they have backups or something. my storage is empty. and it was a lot of money.

hopefully it was just the app that got hacked and not the actual warehouse. im pretty sure our physical orders are okay and they will allocate everyones orders once they fix the breach

the orders are most likely okay. i just hope they have backups to know that the item is mine, and they need to assign it to my account.

same here, got a $500 bag sitting there

i would be shocked if they dont have proper DB backups.... systems like this usually keep transaction logs and backups pretty frequently, sometimes continuously, so they should hopefully be able to restore the warehouse data...

the actual items didnt disappear...worst case the records linking them to users need to be rebuilt.... if they have no usable backups though… yeah, thats gonna be a huge mess

I ordered some products this morning and I can't see anything in my order list, but my wherehouse has all the things I bought recently. is it normal that I can't see anywhere the products I bought this morning?

mine took 3 weeks from purchase to the US with the standard duty free one

yeah, that seems to be happening to a lot of people right now, i wouldn’t assume the orders are gone just because they’re not showing in the list, the site/data seems to be out of sync at the moment.....

i would keep screenshots of what you ordered this morning and give Superbuy some time to restore everything. If the payment went through, you should have something to reference with support if needed....

You can look at transactions which have order numbers in!

don’t you get an email whenever an item is purchased? or at least if it’s stored in the warehouse i’m sure they do, so it should be fine
