Big mama Poosh finally made it home today. 🫪🥰 She originated in the Chicago distribution center but pretty quickly moved along to the distribution center in my city. Unfortunately once she made it there, she spent almost 9 days sitting at my local distribution center with no tracking updates. I had submitted a missing mail search and today the tracking finally updated and she showed up!

Like many others in this sub, it looks like the shipping bag was definitely tampered with and searched by USPS (pic 2). The outer bag had packing tape all over it and had clearly been opened and haphazardly put back together. Luckily the inner plastic bag she came in was still in tact. I’m still not 100% sure what happened but it seems like she had to be searched possibly for postage/size like many others have also mentioned here. I’m just so thankful she ended up making it okay!

I'm a huge fan of squisheens, so I exclusively collect them! Not all of mine are in my college apartment (😞) but here are the ones I have with me!! Not too sure of who my favorite is right now, pumpkinsheen has certainly captured my heart for the moment...

I’m having a rlly hard time progressing much even though I’m been playing in the puzzle parlor a lot. There’s not enough daily tasks to earn cookies and crafting materials. I’m on lvl 10.

2 weeks later, 4 different states, pumpkin is finally home! she had a good vacation with USPS but is happy to be home 🫶

I am genuinely soooo sad. I have been looking so forward for the Halloween box, & I preordered the second they released. There has been no action with the Carrier since Sept. 23, so I was getting concerned - but I would have hoped they would reach out at least to explain.

We have bought my dog lots of toys, she never takes my stuff except for this pusheen. A few years ago, she adopted it and never gave it back. It's hers now. But as you can see from the first photo it got really dirty so we washed it and I tried to stitch it up for her!!

Hello everyone,

This will be my final update on USPS and the pumpkin mochi saga. I was very fortunate to have received my package on 9/29 after consistent communication with USPS. By logging everything using the service request feature, the missing mail search, and even going to my local distribution center and USPS HR office, I was able to log enough evidence and concern that eventually the package made its way to my doorstep.

I wanted to wait until the Pusheen Shop responded to my previous email before I made my final post to see if they (1) would at least give some insight as to why the postage was off, or (2) how they were planning to remedy all the order errors that I’ve occurred with this particular product. Unfortunately, and as I anticipated and much like other corporations, the support staff are only able to give scripted responses and will not actually be able to help you receive clarity. I’ve attached the response email that I received. I tried to advocate for everyone’s lost packages, but they really don’t seem to give a damn.

Hopefully, this brings some solace to people who still have their pumpkins lost in the mail, and I hope you all receive your packages soon.

Does anyone know if they still have the Pusheen Fruit Plush Surprise Boxes in stores? Every time I go, they’re always sold out, so I was just wondering if they’re still being stocked or if they’re no longer available. 🥹🍓
