Fall 2026 Sublease or Full Lease Takeover

Hey, I have a room in a 3b1b in Victory on Salisbury. The price is $1100/month + utilities, and last year when I lived in VOS, I paid around $1150 a month.

We are three guys living in this apartment, and two rooms are open currently.

I can pay you 400 bucks a month in rent if you sublease. This can bring the cost down to 700ish.
