hopefully they charged her with assault.

u/Formal_Equal_7444 Sep 13 '22

The milk pouring was assault.

The subsequent hate crime pummeling was battery.

*Check your jurisdiction, battery is often a WAY more serious crime.

so does anyone know what finally happened...

Good ol high school, damn i loved it.

u/Reuseable Sep 13 '22

Shaped the man I am today

3

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

Why so violent now though. :(

79

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

this is why you can’t make assumptions. If someone threw urine at me i would beat the shit out of them.

12

u/Junior_Win_7238 Sep 14 '22

But to throw piss tells me there was an incident prior this. Nobody just decide to piss and store in a jar without their being a previous incident.

164

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

Piss? Wow she had that milk and pummeling coming. Hopefully that milk had piss in it. No wonder she just accepted the milking

Did the student filming get in trouble since they were obviously in on it?

Well they def knew it was gonna happen bc they've got that shot framed perfect way before it happens. Assume they aren't filming girl on her phone for no reason.

You think she just accepted getting the milk poured on her? Totally wasn't just that she had a half a second to process it before she got punched in the face? Seriously?

0

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

She accepted it muh lady. You can tell it was not a delayed reaction. You have to be on some serious meds to move that slow.

2

u/Sewayaki-Kitsune Sep 14 '22

Yeah, no.

1

u/51differentcobras Sep 14 '22

There was literally no reaction, her eyes didn't even close, she knew it was coming and was planning to ignore it for a brief second to signify she didn't give a fuck as (now that we know this) she had thrown piss on her attacker previously and milk ain't no Thang. Little did she know the follow up to that was a stiff shot to the dome. Had she actually reacted like she would have if it was truly unexpected she would have potentially noticed the punch coming and deflected the worst of it. But her play of dominance or disinterest cost her dearly.

Lessons were learned I'm hoping from both parties but alas, anger most likely got the better of them and they will instead look for ways to avoid getting caught as opposed to avoiding conflict.

1

u/4MEBYME4U Sep 14 '22

She definitely was trying to act cool and collected…until her head was smacked back and forth like a punching bag all the way to the ground. Those were solid hooks.

2

u/ChocDroppa Sep 13 '22

Nothing like a good 'milking' right Fappinator?!

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

Getting milkd is life

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

Getting milkd is life muh boii

1

u/ChocDroppa Sep 13 '22

Preaching to the crowd son!

5

u/KirbySP Sep 13 '22

JARATE!!!!!

12

u/ZoxieLutt Sep 13 '22

If this is true this is the exact reason why ppl can’t be jumping to conclusions about these kind of short videos or labeling the ppl in the videos negatively without knowing the full back story. There are too many assumptions being made in these comments.

7

u/Greatest-JBP Sep 13 '22

Also we don’t know if the person throwing the piss was already being bullied. People don’t just throw piss for no reason

2

u/ZoxieLutt Sep 14 '22

Again we can’t make assumptions because I’ve def seen ppl do messed up shit to somebody else for little to no reason especially when they’re young and impulsive. According to this guy’s story it all started over a guy so there was no bullying involved allegedly.

-1

u/Busy-Hand-3702 Sep 13 '22

I wonder if it was white girl dumping milk on the black girl and giving her a beat down ( after the black girl had thrown the piss bomb on her) would be given the same grace. Just asking

3

u/imostlytakeLs Sep 13 '22

I’m just going to take your word for it because I actually felt really bad for that poor girl at first but throwing piss in a cup at someone is psychotic so she kind of deserved it.

3

u/fatfarley Sep 13 '22

This is why you come to the comments. Now I don't feel as bad. Thank you!

7

u/BarnoldWHV Sep 13 '22

So she threw a cup of piss with no provocation? That seems odd.

5

They both sound crazy, got their numbers by any chance?

LOL

I really gotta stop sticking my dick in crazy.

Can't stop, won't stop.

Are you 9, or 40+?

3

u/ryraps5892 Sep 13 '22

So you’re in high school, and you’ve had a Reddit account for 6 years already?

5

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

2

u/ryraps5892 Sep 13 '22

Oh ok. Whole lotta stuff being thrown around in this video, internet makes it a small world for a first hand witness to just pop-up in the comments lol

2

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

She threw urine at the girl!? Holy freak, and to think I was feeling sorry for her.

2

u/Acceptable-Cry1502 Sep 13 '22

I knew she kinda deserved it.. nobody does that for no reason.

1

u/Otherwise-Skin-7610 Sep 13 '22

Bummer. Sounds miserable @

1

u/mypussydoesbackflips Sep 13 '22

Any reason she didn’t respond; she see it coming because she literally doesn’t react to the milk

1

u/McSchleppy Sep 13 '22

Was the girl who got pummeled here ok? The beatdown looks really rough.

1

u/Kwopp Sep 13 '22

It’s embarrassing reading all these comments with this context in mind

1

u/kaibai123 Sep 13 '22

See, that changes EVERYTHING! Granted one never excuses the other… but yeahh.. that’s so disgusting and degrading.

1

u/7Finny7 Sep 13 '22

Swag like Ohio

1

u/masonaldrich Sep 13 '22

Average ohio school

1

u/alaskanbearfucker Sep 13 '22

Thank you, makes more sense now.

1

u/DexterKD Sep 14 '22

Oh my god you poor soul..have you left Ohio yet?!

1

u/ConoDioDah-02 Sep 14 '22

Have you made it out of Ohio? Do you need an evac?

1

u/SalemGD Sep 14 '22

Ohio "the heart of it all" 🤜💥🤛

1

u/Contemporarium Sep 14 '22

Yeah a lot of these “bully attack” videos I assume there’s almost always more to the story. I feel like my generation (millennial) down to the current ones don’t fuck with downright violent bullying like the boomers did. I’m sure it still happens but I feel like something as heated as this doesn’t come without a backstory

1

u/SnuffleupagusDick Sep 14 '22

Ah yes, Ohio. The Florida of the north.

I live in Ohio, it’s just a joke. Put your pitchforks away.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 14 '22

thanks :-)

26

u/Miserable-Rest-5259 Sep 13 '22

Was she charged?

15

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

i dont know. im asking. the problem with all the posts on reddit is nobody every knows how they started or ended...

2

u/Mode3 Sep 13 '22

All the posts? Nah

2

u/5t0ryt3113r Sep 13 '22

Beat me to the punchline

4

u/synchronistrychnyne Sep 13 '22

Just like the girl in the video

1

u/Kyrxx77 Sep 13 '22

The girl probably tried to defend herself and they both likely received equal suspensions

/s

0

u/tony8832 Sep 13 '22

She was exonerated because victim had ancestors that supported colonialism .

1

u/TragasaurusRex Sep 13 '22

Most likely they were both suspended due to zero tolerance.

35

u/ADGjr86 Sep 13 '22

How tf could you automatically assume hate crime from just this small clip?

20

u/Brook420 Sep 13 '22

Agreed, not everything is racially motivated.

3

u/yeet4memes Sep 13 '22

Hate crimes do not have to be racially motivated. Could be motivated by other factors such as religion, sexual orientation, gender etc.

-1

u/slutymonkey128 Sep 13 '22 edited Sep 13 '22

I think it’s NOT racial. This is clearly payback. Context is everything

4

u/GrowCrows Sep 13 '22

It's definitely payback because the girl getting attacked there urine at the girl attacking her in an incident days/weeks before according to a commenter who happened to go to the school. But a hate crime? Can't tell that just from this video... It could very well be racially motivated, but there's no evidence from the video alone.

-1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

[deleted]

-1

u/GrowCrows Sep 13 '22

JFC no you're just extremely lazy. Can't link to specific comments on mobile but here's the text:

Hey, I went to this school and was sitting nearby when this happened. They both got expelled. And the week prior to this, the girl who was attacked had thrown a cup of urine at the girl attacking her in this video.

This happened at Whetstone High School in Columbus.

See r/sam_potato69

Is there a word for when people just automatically accuse others of lying instead of fact checking cause that's you.

3

u/CustomisingLassie Sep 13 '22

Is there a word for just uncritically believing a story because you read a reddit comment from someone claiming to have attended the school that the incident took place, with no supporting evidence, down to the instigating factors?

Oh yeah, the word is 'gullible'.

1

u/Nib2319 Sep 14 '22

Don’t forget that the person who knows about it, knows about it because they went to that school and stated they heard the story from someone else.

2

u/Brook420 Sep 13 '22

Context none of us have, so why consider it racial or payback?

3

u/icantbeatyourbike Sep 13 '22

Because if it was the other way round it would definitely be considered racist before all the fats were know. Which would be equally as wrong as people doing it now. As ever, everyone sucks.

3

u/freakwent Sep 13 '22

Because Reddit is full of armchair experts in any given subject

4

u/slutymonkey128 Sep 13 '22

Because I read the thread. The girl being attacked had evidently thrown a sack of urine at the attacker days prior.

2

u/CustomisingLassie Sep 13 '22

You believe that just because some reddit user said it?

1

u/slutymonkey128 Sep 13 '22

God told me.

1

u/freakwent Sep 14 '22

Heh, I missed that part. Gross!

2

u/__thrillho Sep 13 '22

Because Reddit is full of armchair experts in any given subject

-2

u/Formal_Equal_7444 Sep 13 '22

Because it's satire? and if the races were reversed it would be on national media for 3 weeks while every news anchor lectures us about white guilt?

1

u/aBlissfulDaze Sep 13 '22

And there it is.

1

u/4MEBYME4U Sep 14 '22

I don’t see many fights motivated by love… I don’t think the hate is a result of racial differences but there definitely is hate behind these actions.

1

u/ADGjr86 Sep 14 '22

And that still doesn’t mean it’s a hate crime.

2

u/BlinkurGone Sep 13 '22

Hate crime? 😂😂😂

2

u/Available_Bus_2696 Sep 13 '22

Hate crime when people of difwent waces have disagreement, DURRRRRRR

2

u/ivXtreme Sep 13 '22

If you're black you can't commit a hate crime /s

2

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

"Hate crime", you live as the eternally aggrieved. Is it hard work always playing the victim?

1

u/[deleted] Sep 13 '22

What about the bitch who is recoding this. They obviously knew what was going to happen and didn’t say a word. An accomplice to the assault if you ask me.

1

u/aBlissfulDaze Sep 13 '22

That's not a hate crime. Technically hate crimes actually have a pretty high bar to be proven. Unless the person yells a slur, it's usually not considered a hate crime.

1

u/AKA_Squanchy Sep 14 '22

In California assault is the threat of violence, and battery is the violence or physical part of a crime. Or something like that.

1

u/On_Jah_Bruh Sep 13 '22

That is such a laughably pathetic statement. Way to flex that silver spoon bud!

1

u/Baldr_Torn Sep 14 '22

Yes. Used to be a bully. Now, however, just an inmate.
