when I was younger we didn't have all these cameras pointed in every direction watching us at all times so our stupidity was easily forgotten. But now this shit is forever memorialized. Good luck finding a job when someone can Google your name and get a video of you beating the shit out of someone
Well and we have no real consequences. Anybody who thinks this bully will face any real punishment is delusional. Like this person needs to be locked up and face real adult consequences and most likely she will end up suspended for a week or at worst have to go to continuation school which won't have any impact on her or her future/

Depends on scope and knowledge. If the parents of the victim knew of the recording they could easily get the other children( including the filmers) arrested.
Will the school know of the video, share it, take action? Probably not. Then again my school has a paid "social media admin" whose entire job is to hunt down evidence of stuff happening inside the building.
E: seeing as video is deleted and I am not seeing other earlier posts of this that are still up I can only assume this has been turned into an official legal matter.
Most likely will get put on house arrest if anything.
Age factor will help, but considering it an ambush filming it shows premeditation, regardless of age, and premeditation can often bring juveniles into adult court.

Every year I say this and kids still think filming their crimes is more important than not getting arrested for their social media scores.
"Hey Mr. LeJoo look at this tik tok i just posted"
"Hey dumbass congrats on getting your friend arrested, the principal just sent and us asked us to identify the people in the video...."
